I used to come here a lot & I’ve even referred other people, but my experience the other day was horrible. I tried to try on a few dresses, but the fitting rooms are not stroller friendly! They are way too small. I asked about the return policy and the girl working told me there was a certain number of days to return or exchange. I decided to purchase a dress based on being able to return it. I went back 2 days later b/c the dress didn’t fit and they told me I could not return the dress, I could only exchange it. The girl working was very rude. She told me it stated that on the receipt. I told her I specifically asked before I bought the dress & if that was the case I would have never bought it in the first place. She was so impolite & did not care at all. There were a large selection of gorgeous dresses from the outside. As a plus size girl I surely thought they wouldn’t have anything in my size. My husband dragged me in anyway. The sales girl, I believe her name was Deitra, was very nice and showed me that they had a large variety of plus size from 1-3x but also s-XL. I was able to try on several items. She helped me find what worked with my body type. I am glad I was able to stop in. I found more than enough and the prices were great as well. Will certainly be back for my birthday dress. My daughter and I came into The Edge to see about some dresses for her small gathering of her non-traditional wedding. We only had a short period of time but Steve and Maryam didn't make us feel uncomfortable with our situation. They were pleased to help and very patient. We found a dress for myself and earrings for us both. The Bride was very happy 😊 on her Wedding Day. For someone who was talking about just getting married in some 👖 jeans we did great.
