They actually have great service. I was pretty sure that was impossible after covid. They're friendly, helpful, polite. They give you what you ordered. And if you get DoorDash, they actually give you straws. Wow. Can't get a straw a fast food DoorDash order to save my life but they give them to you here. I have not had one correct fast food DoorDash order since covid, except for it Quickly, if that's fast food. And out of all the boba places I've tried, this one is by far the best. The texture on the boba is fantastic. Please open a location in Commerce Township. I go to the one in Troy when I'm visiting my dad. I go to the one in Auburn hills when I'm at work. I've had a stop fast food all together because the quiet quitting stuff is getting so ridiculous. I mean, I feel what they're going through but taking it out on people going through the same thing you are, I don't see how that's helping. Thank God for Quickly. The spam sushi thing is fantastic. Great option if you get a mystery meat craving but want it a little healthier cuz it's got the rice and the seaweed. The texture on the rice is fantastic. They make really good rice. Which is very important to me because I've been using the Walter kepner rice diet(modified though) to manage my health issues no medical doctors can help me with because they're not interested in cures just being sales representatives for pharmaceutical companies. If you're having health issues modern medicine can't help you with, go east, all the answers are East. It's a cute little hangout spot too. Plenty of room. They have games. I wish there was boba cafes when I was in high school. All we had was coffee shops (It was a lot more of them in the '90s) and Denny's and Ram's Horn which...

This place is usually good but it’s rowdy with a lot of kids most of the time. My most recent experience was not too good. I made my order with one of the screens for honeydew snows to have 30% sugar because i have ordered with a cashier on many occasions with the snow having less sugar because my mom is diabetic and i naturally believe i could do it again. So when i received my order the girl called my name and just dropped the drinks off on the counter then RAN AWAY. Like i understand your busy but that’s not good customer service in making sure the customer has their order correctly. So i had to call her back ask which one has less sugar and she literally told me that THEY CANT DO THAT i told her i have ordered this same drink this way many of times before and they gave it to me even told me which one had less sugar and she told me “if they told you they put less sugar they probably LIED” then ran away again so i had to call her back and ask for a receipt then she gave it to me and ran away. So i was left to juggle the 3 drinks that i bought because they couldn’t even hand me a drink holder they just all ignored me while i stuggled to hold all of the drinks and carry them to my car. Also they say they close at 10 but don’t order any food after 9 because they don’t tell you that they stop making the snack food earlier than closing so they had to give me a refund for my mochi waffle i ordered. Yesterday was the first day of soft opening. I have waited many months for this to open and I got to visit today!

As soon as you walk inside, you notice the design and decorations of the place. It has a fancy look.

During soft opening, only limited bubble tea and snack items. But classic milk and taro bubble tea is 50% off, so I tried the taro. Drinks come in two sizes; regular and large. Regular is 700ml while large is 1 liter. Also, ordered the popcorn chicken.

I got the 1 liter size. There are only a few drinks made with fresh tea leaves but with the taro, you hardly taste the powdered mix. The boba is very chewy. The popcorn chicken is tasty too. The chicken is fresh and tender, but a little bit salty for my taste. (When I heard this place origin is from Taiwan, I was excited to visit because bubble tea from Taiwan is soo much better compared to anywhere else.)

While we waited for our order, I met Jay. He is part owner of Quickly. He mentioned that Saturday is grand opening! If you don't get to visit by tomorrow for soft opening, you'll want to visit on Saturday for grand opening specials.
