I don't think I have ever been so disappointed in a motorcycle shop in my life. Being a long distance rider I have been many shops as breaking down on the rd is just part of riding. I have been overcharged in a shop before, I have been unimpressed by a mechanics skills in a shop before but never have I seen a total lack of support of a rider who is traveling who needs parts to continue on. Riding a vintage Goldwing (1996) with 18K original miles on it. Recently rode it from Vermont to Seattle and back. Needed tires in Tacoma, small shop got me in, found tires and got me rolling in 4 hours. The guy made 20 calls to find the front tire but he found one. I just rode from Vermont to NOLA and was heading back north when the front wheel bearings let go. I limped the bike about 25 miles to get to a "HONDA" shop for help. He told me he couldn't get me wheel bearings for about a week. I asked if he could locate them and overnight them he said no. I bet these things are at napa across the street if you can just give me the part info explaining the # is on the side of the bearing race to him but I cant pull the wheel because I am then no longer able to roll. He picked up the ph and called somewhere and asked for steering head bearings. When he (on his own) realized he asked for the wrong part pretty much just shut down from being of any help at all. I said maybe you can ask whoever you just called if he has the "front wheel bearing" kit since you asked for the wrong part? and he just kind of stared at me. He did ask one question though, "Where you all from". I said I live in Vermont for which he said "I heard dat....where is Vermont? True story. Place was totally useless to the brand and the customer. Still am beside myself about the lack of help to a rider on the rd. Maybe I will mail him a map to show him...
Read moreI was looking for a 2022 CRF250R for my grandson Christmas gift.Went to a few of businesses and called about 5 others and each one told me that it was going to be impossible to purchase a CRF250R even the main business in Tennessee because of them being hard to get in ( sitting on ships ) like everything else.Well I was so bout to give up while being sad because I couldn’t find my grandson the only thing he wanted for Christmas so I decided to call (with my fingers crossed) the last business on my list which was Hall’s Motorsports a very polite salesman named Jacob Dacy answered.I told him exactly what I was looking for so he looked it up and lord and behold Jacob said yes ma’am we have one left. (I bout fell out in the floor with happiness) I kept asking Jacob are you sure it’s a 2022 CRF250R because I had been told no all day long and Jacob kelp reassuring me it was so I paid a deposit on it and he stayed in touch with me to let me know what was going on that whole week and at the end of the week which was yesterday I went to Trussville and pick it up (My grandson is going to be the happiest kid in the world) and I owe all the many thanks to a well polite sweet knowledgeable guy name Jacob Dacy!! I highly recommend Jacob Dacy and the whole staff at Hall’s Motorsports to anyone. So anyone who thinks differently just think it may be you and not this company and their employees..JS!! Read moreI went there to purchase a Kawasaki or Polaris explained my situation to the Salesman. I filled out an application, waited for about an hour and when he came back out he said due to my out of state address they could not help me and that my credit was never run. I was assured by him that my info was shredded and out I went. Next morning I decided to pay cash outright of $8350 and looked at a notification on my phone Not only had they LIED TO ME ABOUT not financing due to my out of state address but they ran my credit I called and spoke to a person there who was helpful but no call from mgmt or owner on this Lie! I called again today to find out that Vicky whom I guess is the manager says u signed the app to run credit the salesman quit and I explained that when I was lied to about my app it no longer was a valid authorization She says I’m calling and thats, that was that So no reason for me to think about her apology, since her attitude made no efforts to correct a serious problem Now I guess it was discrimination and now I will be looking for an attorney
BAD BUISNESS PRACTICE DONT GO HERE IF You value YOURSELF
If you are told it wasn’t ran then is this discrimination because when u tell someone it isn’t and a day later it was then Vicky lied and the owner needs to correct one of two things was it the credit or discrimination
WHICH ONE IS IT? Why was...
