Worst sporting goods store around. Purchased a scope from them, it was defective and I was told I could bring it back. When I brought it back to the store to have a second scope that I bought from them mounted, the employee made every excuse to not mount the second scope and return the first one.
After getting upset at the employee's attitude I asked for the store manager. Who I explained the while thing to again... And again, nobody cared to actually do anything about it. Manager was a younger woman who's only effort was to explain why they might not be able to do it that night.
So I walked back to the counter with my equipment and the lazy employee. And I waited... And waited.... Aaaannndd waited. 30 minutes later he still hadn't started remounting the scope. For those that don't know, it's about a 15 minute task that anybody can do with the bore sight.
After he finally got around to it, he said he couldn't do it. Even though his fellow employee was able to do it two weeks prior. Needless to say, I returned them both and will never be back because of...

Shoe Department... stood there for almost 10 minutes (and I started counting when I wittiness what was gong on) as you carted shoe boxes directly in front of us over and over and over and over and I was there with a shoe in my hand needing to ask a question. And then had no clue where the show was from the display and then didn't know where it was on the shelf . and then proceed to inform me, "shoes are self service we usually don't do this for people." Well super...so give me access to your computers so I can look to see of another store has the size and i'll do it. Total reflection on the management...

I tried on both pairs and walked around while the visiting continued.
A few moms came in with their sons, looking for shoes. The visiting finally broke up when one of the moms asked for help.
As I got up to leave, without purchasing anything, one of the three radioed their manager to ask if they could go on break. Meanwhile all the moms want is...
