Juanita Pohl Center — Local services in Tualatin

My family have booked at Juanita Pohl Center since 2015 and we've never had problems until recently with new management. A family friend has always booked the facility for us since she is a Tualatin resident and it had never been an issue. The last event we booked she didn't attend just like all the other events and when it was time to get our deposit back they kept $125 of our money because she wasn't there which has NEVER been an issue. The supervisor told me they kept $100 because she wasn't there and $25 for dirty tables....huh??! The building monitor checked everything and told us we were good and everything was up to standards. He even ate food that we provided and helped us clean!! This whole situation was poorly handled and we will never book here again nor will we recommend this...

I am the owner of Center Street Gold & Silver and hosted the weekly Tualatin Chamber of Commerce networking event this St. Patrick's Day. The venue was great. We had about 70 attendees and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. One side of the meeting room is all windows which gives the room a fresh and open feeling to it. No claustrophobia at this venue! I was able to hire the Meals on Wheels staff to provide food, which was greatly appreciated (and very reasonably priced). From early set up to departure, everyone was hospitable. Plenty of parking and drop off at front door if needed....
