
The people here have been extremely unhelpful. I called yesterday to see if a Chromebook was available. My laptop is being repaired and I really needed to get a paper typed and some other work done at home as all my files are home. The young lady told me to call back in a couple of hours, because it's there, but not prepared to be used. I called back this morning to give some extra time and the young man said it still wasn't prepared. I told him what happened the day before and he didn't seem to care, telling me he's not in charge of that and to try back in a couple of hours. I told him if the person who was in charge was available and he said no. Poor service and extremely disappointed.
