The manager Rich is super understanding and kind, so the stars I did give are for him. Saturday night around 9:30 (they close at 11) went for dinner and drinks, it’s Saturday so I understand that they were relatively busy earlier that night. Waiter seemed over exerted with the number of tables he had, I didn’t even get acknowledged after being seated by the hostess for about 15 minutes, waited very patiently, finally was able to put in a drink order: water and a mojito with raspberry flavor and ordered my appetizer.

The mojito came after about 20 minutes, it wasn’t raspberry flavored, just plain. I let the waiter know and he really had no response as to why it wasn’t correct aside from an awkward stutter. He offered to take it back and have it flavored, I declined in fear that I wouldn’t get it back for another 30 minutes. So I kept the mojito plain, then ordered my entree w/ 2 sides plus side salad. Mojito wasn’t bad. Appetizer came shortly after, hot & satisfying.

Still no water though, despite reminding the waiter the couple of times that he was sighted passing by the table. No water, no biscuits, no side salad. By this time I had been seated at least an hour. But here comes the entree to the table. The entree plate was missing my mashed potato side. The broccoli side was present but ice cold. The seafood on the plate was however, not bad. I went ahead and started eating the entree but kindly reminded the waiter that I had not received the salad nor any biscuits. He again, awkwardly stuttered and offered to bring them, I said no it’s okay since I wasn’t necessarily hungry for them anymore but he insisted.

Finally got some water 75% into my meal. The biscuits he insisted on arrived, burned on the bottom. The salad also came, bowl was dirty, no dressing provided. Didn’t even care at that point but I did point both items out to the waiter since he was finally more visible since most of the other guests had left. It was 11pm and they were closing. He was not apologetic, just made an excuse for why things were going wrong. So I asked the waiter for the manager, this is when Rich came over and listened to my grievances, and offered to cover the charges for the entire dinner and drink. Very accommodating however I will never return to...

After a 9 hour drive, my mom and I decided to stop at Red Lobster. It was 30 minutes before they were supposed to close. The manager and the hostess greeted us and welcomed us in. The hostess, Ms Barbara, was very courteous and patient with me and my 76 year old mother. She even took her time to make sure my mom was comfortable and even allowed us to switch to a table instead of the booth after my mom tried sitting at the booth but didn’t feel comfortable. This whole time we never felt rushed, instead we felt like special guests. Our server, Ms Wanda, came over and was just as friendly, polite and helpful as the hostess. She also took her time to answer our questions about the menu. By now it is 15/20 minutes before closing but we never felt pressured or rushed. In fact, Ms Wanda was so personable and engaging. We asked for suggestions and were very satisfied with her recommendations. The food came out in a timely manner and the presentation was great too. The food was also hot and delicious. Ms Wanda groomed the table and refilled our beverages without being prompted by us. One of the other servers, Aalia, was also very friendly. This was some of the best service we have ever experienced and my family and I eat out at least twice a week. We spoke with the manager, Ms Sharlene and the hostess before we left and was allowed time to tell them our story about traveling all day and really wanted somewhere to sit down and enjoy a meal. Again, we did not feel rushed nor did we feel like we were annoying the staff. We were visiting Atlanta to attend a funeral so experiencing service like this really made a difference and a lasting impact. We will definitely stop by again the next time we are visiting family in Atlanta. Thank you ladies! Job well done! Your service and care for people is...

My fiance took me here on mothers day and it was a terrible experience. I ordered my meal (from a great waitress by the way, she was the only pleasant experience) and we waited way too long for it. While we waited, a woman with a very dissatisfied expression across from us seemed to have a manager at her table that took and replaced 2 of her and her companions dishes from their meal each. That was unsettling but due to the fact we were not sure exactly why their dishes were replaced we continued to wait. While our waitress came back to our table to apologize for our wait we decided to also order some signature drinks to hold our nerves about our food. Once our meal finally came, the portions I had were upsetting. I could finishes my mashed potatoes in 2 bites. Also the temperature of my steak was not what I asked for. As a person who eats medium well to well done, cutting into a rare steak was such a disappointment. Informing my waitress, she took my steak back to the kitchen and she returned with the same one I cut into and told me they refired and I should be happy.. No, my steak was warmed up because as I cut into it again, it was the same. By now my family has finished their meals and I'm still waiting on the main part of my own meal. They also left our good waitress out to fend for herself because she couldn't even believe they were sending me the exact same steak back and forth still without the correct temperature. Finally, just upset and walking out, I let my fiance handle they situation and he came to the car with a carry out bag of the main portion of my meal done by a new cook finally at correct temperature that I had to eat...

I recently had the opportunity to try the delicious crab legs at Red Lobster, and overall, I was quite satisfied with my dining experience. The crab legs were seasoned well, enhancing the natural flavors of the tender meat. The seasoning on the crab legs was perfectly balanced, adding a delightful blend of flavors without overpowering the delicate taste of the crab. Each bite was a burst of savory goodness, making it an absolute treat for seafood lovers. The crab legs were cooked to perfection, resulting in a firm yet juicy texture that was simply divine. However, one aspect that slightly disappointed me was the excessive amount of potatoes that accompanied the crab legs. While the potatoes were cooked well and had a nice texture, the sheer quantity overwhelmed the dish. I felt that the potatoes took away from the focus on the star of the dish, the crab legs. Despite this minor flaw, the overall taste and quality of the crab legs were excellent. The portion size was generous, and along with the potatoes, it made for a filling meal. The service at Red Lobster was also commendable, with attentive staff members ensuring a pleasant dining experience. In conclusion, if you are a fan of crab legs, Red Lobster is definitely worth a visit. The deliciously seasoned crab legs will leave you satisfied, even if there are a few too many potatoes on the plate. So, if you're in the mood for some indulgent seafood, give Red Lobster's crab legs a try – you won't be disappointed!

👿🤷🏾‍♀️😡 #iSERGthat although this lavista location offers the best service ( Tayona was our awesome waitress, and Kenyatta the hostess was everything) I don't know why I torture myself to try to enjoy Red Lobster, their food is just very generic and very "food chainish tasting" it just Will Never beat the cheesecake factory which has the most consistent tasting food of the large dine-in food chains. The best items on the menu are the GARLIC SHRIMP SCAMPI, CHEDDAR BISCUITS, and their CAESAR SALAD WITH EXTRA CAESAR DRESSING. Even a brand new baby like sense of taste after covid can't make their food taste better. I really wish I would have used the restroom before I ordered, because really turned my stomach and I would have just tipped my drink and left, the handicap Stall had feces all over it which is very unfortunate because that's the only style of handicapped person can use. All the other stalls were covered in urine and the water and the sink was left running because there were no paper towels to turn it off; THANK GOD KENYATTA came in when she did clean the bathroom and replace the paper towels. I ordered the garlic linguine shrimp alfredo and I'm not sure if it was because we came about an hour and a half before closing or not but the noodles were overcooked almost mushy and the Alfredo was just cold, like I said the only thing I enjoyed was the biscuits my raspberry peach lobsterita, and the delicious Caesar salad.

I have to admit, I was a bit Getty coming back to Red Lobster. Since Red Lobster been in the news for a new CEO and rebrand, I was excited to come back. Lots of memorable moments at Red Lobster. The food always being on point and did not disappoint. It was extremely busy in there and our service was a bit slow however our waitress was very nice and apologized for the delays. Once the food came out through… A whole new World lol. Of course the biscuits were popping, once the food came out. This place reminded me of great times with family and friends. The prices were certainly reasonable as well however I went overboard because I wanted everything. It looked so good and did not disappoint. My pockets and my clothes regretted the choices we made however my taste pilot, loved every moment. It’s weird when people say Red Lobster is old, I won’t say old I would say traditional. This is certainly a place where growing up our families brought us for special occasions. People always want something different or new. However family traditions are unforgettable, just like Red Lobster. Never disappoints and always reminds me of great times.
