To preface this, I typically don't leave reviews unless I am particularly surprised by the business. In this case, I am shocked. We ordered a men's wedding band on their website. We did a very short prep civil ceremony, we ordered the ring on Tuesday afternoon and it arrived Thursday. Quick shipping is beginning to be expected by online shopping, so to some that may not be that special. But 30 minutes after my order Evelyn reached out to me via email, congratulated us, let me know the ring will be shipped out immediately and really made it a comforting online purchase. Then Wednesday she went another step further, checked in personally, let me know it was shipped, gave tracking numbers more kind words... I was incredibly happy with my choice to go with Rivier. Fast forward to SATURDAY! The day after our wedding, she reached out yet again and congratulated, made sure we were completely satisfied we exchanged a couple more very prompt emails answering some questions and overall it was just a wonderful experience. I can't recommend Evelyn and the rest of the team there enough. Fantastic selection, fair pricing, and the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. I will absolutely be using Rivier jewelers again in the future.

My wife recently died. I wanted to use her wedding ring to create a necklace for her mother to remember her. The necklace could also be passed on to future generations.

I have never had any custom jewelry made, but lucky for me I found Rivier. Rivier is owned by a very nice couple, Nancy and Jorge, which are a husband-and-wife team.

My wife loved moons and stars, which was reflected in her jewelry. I gave Nancy the concept of what I wanted for a necklace and showed her some of my wife’s other jewelry and some pictures. Nancy asked for a few days to come up with a design that would be special for my wife’s mom and the entire family.

She came up with the idea of using a locket with my wife’s picture inside. It was a perfect idea!

The moon and star on the locket were made from the gold from the wedding ring. The diamond was also the diamond in wife’s mom’s wedding ring. The diamond from the ring is mounted in the center of the star. My wife’s mom loved it and so did the rest of the family.

Around mid-October I contacted this place to have a custom pendant made. The custom pendant was based on a symbol derived from a traditional African spirituality. Through various text message exchanges, a quote and draft design was provided. Afterwards, I contacted this business to place the required deposit, but never heard back from them (Nancy). I have no idea what transpired since they never returned my voice messages or text messages. I ended up contacting TK Designs, who is currently in the process of making what I needed. I thought a no response was unprofessional. RESPONSE TO OWNER's RESPONSE: Thank you for you reply. I ascertain the best way to get a response is to write a review. Along with text messages, I also left several voice mails (Oct. 22nd & Oct. 23rd) , but no response. Several weeks later, via a review, I get a response. I guess if I hadn't written a review, I would not have gotten a response. I'm a small business as well and had plans on using this piece in some upcoming work.
