This would be a 0 star rating if possible. I bought a large clock with a pendulum. Pendulum ended up being defective and unbalanced. Took it back and exchanged it for another large clock without a pendulum. The new clock, kept getting stuck at the same time. Changed the battery. Still kept happening. Looking closer at the clock it is evident that it has been taken apart multiple times. It was missing screws and what screws were there, had created new holes because it wasn't put back in the exact position as it was originally built. After carefully removing the back to avoid even more damage, it was obvious the hands were bent. This store swindles you by selling repaired items as new and at MSRP. They discount items, making you think your getting a deal when in reality they are discounting it to MSRP. They do not even allude to the fact that the items may be less than new. Unpleasant experience attempting to exchange a watch. May 20th i purchased a seiko Watch for almost $300 unfortunately did not inspect it as closely as i should have. As you can see part of the logo is peeled up, from a distance thought it was part of the design. Didn’t have time to bring it in until the 22nd. When i brought it in the lady working did not even attempt to see what she could do. Told me that obviously i dropped it and damaged it and there was nothing they could do. She claims she personally inspects every single watch that comes in the shop and no one else does. Honestly a little annoyed, i went in with a good attitude just wanted an exchange and a few batteries replaced on other watches. If the store owner sees this please I’d prefer to work something out rather than try to warranty the watch. Lady was unprofessional....

Leaving a review now at 5 stars just based off current experience. We went in to get a watch. Very explanatory on different watches and how they worked what was what and prices. I see on allot of the bad reviews for this place that they refused to do returns for what ever reason. it was brought up that returns can be done BUT the owner is basically against it and that if you buy something there basically the deal is finalized once you walk out. Just something to keep in mind if you go in or purchase something though most jewelry places will have the same rule i did want to mention it.
