Catalina Vista — Local services in Tucson

It's a quiet park most of the time like all other places I'm sure it could be loud at times. The pool is usually kept in great shape care of the surrounding property is kept up on by the parks people whom ever they hire for the job. Now the individual yards are kept up on by the person that is renting the space from the park. It is a older community type of environment mostly yet there are children who do reside there they are well behaved least the two that I have meet that is through my friend who I see from time to time who lives there. He's lived there for a long time.! The park has come a long way from when I had first started to visit my friend and it's made great progress with the newest property owners. Although the one manager can be a bit much to deal with and can be a bit intrusive at times but it's understandable to a point so know she's just soing her job . Been better thought from what I've heard. Now the pricing of a space I haven't any idea of how much that costs or how much they maybe charging for some of the newer trailers in the park if there up for sale at moment I'm not sure. If I had to pick from 1-10 and 1 being the lowest. I'd say that I would give this community a 8. So on the higher side being...

I would like to say that I have been living in Catalina Vista properties for Close to a year now. It has been a wonderful experience. The property is very well-maintained. Anything I have ever needed has been addressed immediately by Miss Tracy and her staff. She has been an amazing landlord and resident advisor .And I appreciate and respect her very much for her kindness and for the professionalism she has shown me and my family during our time here in Catalina Vista.. I absolutely love the environment the neighborhood is very calm and pleasant. The residence around the Catalina Vista property are very kind people and are very respectful. The property is very clean. The swimming pool is gated and it is also very well-maintained. The laundry facilities are kept up-to-date. And very affordable.I would highly recommend anyone looking for a safe affordable living environment . You should definitely contact Catalina Vista properties. I have been here for a couple of years. Although near a “bad area” our lot is very peaceful! It’s very quiet. Everyone keeps to themselves, but we look out for one another. There has rarely been law enforcement presence or any issues I’ve personally come across during my time here. Same neighbors for quite a while from what I have learned. The lot manager, Tracy is actually really sweet! I love having her running this place. I feel because of her, it feels safe, clean and in order. Brandy Fenton park is walking distance!!!! (With a dog park) And River road which leads to many medical facilities...
