The workers werent very friendly and they didnt seem very interested in helping any of the customers out that were inside the store by maybe asking if they need help with anything or etc. A couple of Male workers stood in an aisle talking about what they were going to do after they got off of work and when they saw me they didnt even acknowledge me walking by them but instead continued to talk with one another and did I mention that neither one of them were doing anything productive or anything that I could imagine is in their job description unless standing in one place talking to a fellow co worker about non work related things is what they hired those 2 guys to do. When I went to check out the workers at the registers were fast with helping their customers but the young lady who I had the pleasure of talking to or trying to talk to while she helped me wasnt very friendly herself. When I said hello how are you today she diesnt say a single word and then I asked her if one of the items she rung up for me had rung up wrong because it was to expensive or more then what I saw the price said on the shelf and the worker rolled her eyes and blew out a puff of air while mumbling under her breathe something about it was time for her break and she was having to deal with folks like me. I ignored her and after we got the situation taken care of and all worked out I smiled at the cashier even after her rude ways and I wished her a wonderful day and she again just rolled her eyes at me and never even said one single word back to me. I really cant believe the people that some of these companies hire to work for them and I think that more of the companies should send in undercover mystery shoppers that the workers have no clue who they really are and they believe that they are just another one of the regular customers that their stores have every day coming in and out to purchase different items and then they will be able to see exactly how some of these people treat their customers and make themselves look like terrible people and workers but they also make the company as a whole look bad and I am sure that the company isnt...

I ordered a sketchbook my daughter needed for school online with free in store pick up. I drove an hour round trip to get it. I found it difficult to find the entrance the front of the store doesn't face Oracle. The store was old and run down inside. I could see where the floor was coming up. I looked at a clearance rack but couldn't access the products because boxes and carts that blocked the display. Since I had never been there I was unfamiliar with the layout. I had no idea where to go for in store pick up. The area is not clearly marked. I ended up standing in line. Only one cashier was checking people out, when she finally said she was going to call for back up, I asked her where to pick up my online order. She pointed to an area. I went there and was met by a very nice employee. She quickly retrieved my order EXCEPT it wasn't what I ordered. She told me they didn't have the specific sketchbook that I ordered in the store.
