RUN! Run far away from this place. Dont even bother looking! I lived here for a year and things just kept getting worse. *Will enter your apartment WITHOUT your approval *Roaches *Neighbor had bed bugs that were never taken care of. *The office manager moves in her family and friends at random and do not charge them rent. *They also allow unregistered sex offenders to live here and pay under the table. *Loud music all night long. *One guy installs sound systems and tests them out all hours. He also scratched my car during an install and I've had to replace 2 tires in 6 months due to him not being careful with nails/screws. *Paying extra on your rent doesn't matter, they cant do the math to give you the credit towards your next month. They couldn't do the math for my pet fee and parking spot fee, $15 each, then tried to bill me with late fees when I paid the amount they put on my notice. *Maintenance is a joke, one lives on site but can never be found and his dog is allowed to run free off leash and no one cleans up after it. My ac broke and water was pouring out of it, took the office staff over 2 hours to locate him to come fix it. By that time the water got behind the paint and made water bubbles in the paint. They drained the water and left. It looked like a reoccurring issue as there is a piece of plywood covering the previous damage and mold. I know maintenance saw the old mold and did nothing. Now theres more. *Cleaning lady is super nice (only nice staff member) but doesn't clean good at all. My unit has a washer/dryer. My washer smelled like stagnant water and the rim had black slime. I had to run bleach through twice before using it. *Dog poop everywhere and only 2 bag stations. *Tons of stray cats that fight and piss on the doors. *Paper thin walls and ceilings, can hear everything. *Front gates constantly broken and people (crackheads and other tenants) are always trash picking. Back gates have openings for people to just walk through. *I had a man (another tenant) climb into my 2nd floor balcony and try to get into my apartment, the office didnt care even though I gave them his apartment number and had a police report. *Parking lot is full of potholes and trash. People mess with the cars. I've had soda/coffee thrown on my car and paint damaged, again the office does nothing. Covered parking doesn't matter, the office will not approve any car to be towed out of your spot. *If you go into the office to complain about anything, they will call the police and have you arrested for trespassing and will evict you after (happened to 3 people I personally know). They tore up the sidewalks in a few areas and left giant holes covered by just plywood boards for about 6 weeks. My neighbor tripped and fell because one boards had curved. He had to get hand/wrist reconstructive surgery. When he went to the office about compensation, they called the police on him and had him evicted. *Water is always turned off without notice. The only time we got a notice is when they turned the water off for a week straight. Water for 1 person equals out to over $40 per month (billed separately) even when turned off 5-6 times per week. *Both pools are filthy and full of bees. *Bees are another big issue and the apartment wont hire anyone to fix the issue (I'm highly allergic and there is a hive outside my balcony). My neighbor was stung next to his eye and the office just told him to stay inside. *My boyfriend comes over maybe twice a week and they have now told me he isnt allowed over here and is an unauthorized guest due to not being on the lease. But he doesn't live here or stay over their 7 day limit. The 7 day limit is apparently 7 days per YEAR which was not specified in my lease. *They also can not tell the difference between marijuana smell vs sage smell. I burn sage for my religion and they have now told me I smoke marijuana. I explained to them that I dont and could lose my job if I did but the lady is an "expert" and...
Read moreI truly appreciate being here, the apartment's are clean, the rent is always a fair price compared to other apartment's, and when I need something, they never take long.
Update: I had to call my brother and ask him to help me get a recipet for my rent I was paying. The woman didn't want to give it
I had a question about breaking the lease and what the penalty would be, and the way it was being explained, I didn't understand so both women started screaming at the top of there lungs to me over the phone.
When I first got here my tep account number miraculously got on paper for the lease, when I didn't even have the number
There's one woman who looks at me like she's about scream yell and just fully frustrated every time I see her to pay my rent,
I have a disability a feel emotionally and mentally abused here,
Also they come in my apartment without my permission, also the way they communicate, unless I record conversations, I won't be believed.
I almost had to go to the hospital on 1/3/2023, because I had a panic attack, because I thought I was being robbed because someone came into my apartment.
Anytime I try to stand up for myself I am bullied, but I don't record so can't prove in court of law
They are so indirectly hostile there is no point in talking outside of paying my rent
Another update is I am being harassed and they are now finding any reason to keep coming in my apartment covering it up by the law
I have a disability and I am being abused here and I am not sure what my options are. But something ...
Read moreI lived in a studio for a year. I saw roaches every day all throughout the place despite using bug spray. And you can tell the office you want to have pest control come out but they didn’t show or they came weeks later. Claudia in the office doesn’t care to communicate effectively or kindly. I lived surrounded by people that smoked in their apartments and the cigarette smell came through the AC vent. The office did inspections and gave warnings to those smoking inside but the problem didn’t stop. Not all of the outlets worked all of the time. The window wasn’t sealed properly so sometimes rainwater would come through. The door also wasn't completely sealed. The dumpsters were constantly overflowing. You may not have to give a deposit but they will still send you a bill if they had to clean anything or remove anything after you leave. The pros here were that Loana in the office was always very pleasant and knew my name/apartment number. Maintenance was pretty helpful, dependable and nice. Laundry rooms were convenient and the Ws/Ds worked well. And the location puts you close to quite a bit so convenience was a plus. Yeah, I often saw houseless people nearby but not as often inside because the gates stayed locked for the most part. Good luck on your...
