Creations Boutique — Local services in Tucson

This company is a joke. They buy cheap fast fashion clothing for pennies and jack the price sky high for their low quality clothing. What they sell is absolute junk. There is nothing "local" about their products. If you make the mistake of trusting them but realize their products are not worth the price and attempt to return their low quality items, they refuse to accept the return. The excuse they give is, "Our system doesn't allow returns." What complete nonsense. They don't do returns because it would put them out of business. It doesn't matter if you have the receipt and are in the return window. Instead, they try to force you to exchange it for another cheap low quality item.

I will be disputing the charges with my credit card company. I will not be taken advantage of by this scam of a company. Whatever you do, do not buy from the 4th Ave store or the Tucson Mall location. I'm not sure if they have other locations, but stay far away from them as well.

You can order the exact same items, made by the exact same maker for way less on the internet. There is absolutely nothing special or unique about their products. Creations Boitique are nothing but out and out liars and thieves.

Ok. This place is my absolute favorite place to shop. The buyers here are incredible. No question, if I go into this shop I WILL leave with something. 4 SURE! the atmosphere is so chill, and the vibe is consistent until I check out. There was one incident where I waited in line for a while finally another checker came to assist but didn't realize the previous checker told me about amazing special so I left line to get one more item and go back to where I left off. The new checker made me go back and wait again. Only time I left empty handed. The owner should identify large sale and small sale. My bill was going to b 400 in which the line barely made total items to be that. Not smart. Other than that the absolut most favorite place to shop. YOU HAVE TO GO THERE AND CHECK IT OUT. My go-to store for all things boho, western, unique, staple pieces etc! They always have new styles and patterns, and one of the fun things about them is that if you like a particular pattern they usually have it in a skirt, shirt and dress. This store is for all ages and aesthetics, everyone can find something they love, whether it be a desert inspired skirt or a staple piece t-shirt. Locally owned & woman owned.
