Very first time in there i usually go to celestial rites but they weren't open The person at the counter was very rude from the moment that we walked in there not Helpful At all. Very negative energy I had changed my mind on the item The new item she just threw on the counter Then when she gave me a chain for my Crystal I got the 20 inch mistake I needed the 24 inch so she snatched it out of my hand. My mistake was I shouldn't have bought it she was sending her negative energy home with me and yup she did because The crystal that I've got did not fit on the chain the hole wasn't big enough then broke off and i saw that the crystal was broken into 2 pcs I'm not happy at all I won't be going back there anymore!! Sad to because they have alot of stones not to Expensive. When my cousin tried to address her rudeness they try to turn it around on my cousin like She was the one being rude when she was just trying to let her know all that time we let it slide til we're about to leave that's when my cousin said something. Then she just walked away from us Once again being rude...

Very disappointed. I bought my daughter a dainty opal ring while in Tucson on vacation in December. She is a rock hound and loved it. The first day that she wore it, the stone fell out and was never seen again. I called the store to see if they would replace the ring, if I mailed it back, or refund my money, since I live in Chicago. I was told that all sales are final and they would not replace or refund. Nearly $40 on a piece of junk that didn't last one day. They aren't willing to stand behind a ring (that probably cost them very little) to provide good customer service. I was going to return when I visit Tucson next, but won't be now. ...
