Evolve Gym — Local services in Tucson

I had some knee issues that required physical therapy. I knew exactly where I had to go. Kate and her team had helped me with my back in 2011 and also my son when he was little, so it was a no brainer to go back to Evolve. This experience with my knee so far is beyond what I expected. The way my knee was feeling lately, it had my doubting my own self will, drive, and abilities. Kate and her team are highly educated in physical therapy, and everytime I get warmed up and moving through the exercises, it's almost like my knee instantly recognizes the strengthening and therapy it is receiving. My hope, and positive thoughts are thriving today after my 3rd appointment. The inside of my knee was bruised and hurting badly before I started today. Everyone here is so nice. Very professional. Clean gym. They take the time each person needs to get done. Other places will give you 30 -45 minutes and then just stop without finishing. These guys actually give you the time you need as an individual to finish. It's nice not to feel rushed. I've been to other places for physical therapy and so far this one is the best ! The gym has a variety of equipment to suit each person's needs. It was also nice to see many different types of members working out both women and men, some just starting out and others more experienced. The gym was not overrun with people either. Great mix of people from different backgrounds. It's cool seeing general fitness goers, strongman, bodybuilders and powerlifters training under the same roof. Coming from strongman, it's nice being able to get to know other athletes passions and open my eyes to different training philosophies.

I got my post bicep rehab work done through Kate. The program was individualized to my needs and my rate of recovery. I can say that the physical therapy I received was paramount to being able to return to my sport.
