Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Tucson

So it seems like this place late at night or early morning depending on what you consider 3am is, it's really not that great or at least it wasn't this night. They're speaker for drive though is very low except when it's the auto recording they have asking if you want to try a product? But then someone else comes on right after that to greet you? Weird. However there was two cars in front on us tonight 12/29/2023. The first one left and as we pulled up behind the next vehicle waiting to be greeted and given the total due or anything else, they just sat there waiting until it seemed like they got tired of waiting to be greeted and left. So I pull up to the drive thru window and waiting to be greeted and told it will be just a minute as I had a pick up order placed AND told it would be ready in 8-10 minutes which it took us about that long to get to leaving the house which isn't far away from this store. We sat there waiting and saw through the window what appeared to be only two people working and going very slow doing things with bags and I thought maybe they were getting these bigger bags for our order, how I was mistaken. So after pulling up to the window to get my order or be greeted it took about 10 minutes for one of the workers to come to the window with smaller bags and the person who handed me the bags and I could only assume is handling our food looked a bit of a mess and barely spoke loud enough to really here him. He never did greet us properly but just asked if it was an order for my name I said yes and he just started handing me a bag with no description of what was in each bag. Then said our sodas would be right out. I get home with my order only to find out that the two sauces I had ordered were not provided and the worker never said anything to me about they might be out of the sauce. So we took our food and took off back home. It wasn't the best experience I've had at other places or sister chain stores. Really disappointed in the Customer service these two showed not just me but the driver...

First off, the staff working tonight acted like we were inconveniencing them by placing an order. The worker at the window asked me if we wanted any sauces, I asked my front seat passenger and we both said no, but appearantly we took too long to answer, because this worker's facial expression was clear frustration. Someone else brought us the order and asked again if we wanted sauces as though nobody communicated properly. We got home, maybe 8 minutes away from this store and the curly fries were very cold, while the breakfast sandwiches and the chicken sandwich were still warm enough to need to cool down a bit. The 2 breakfast sandwiches looked pretty good, not askew or anything, and wrapped nicely. The chicken cluck sandwich was shoved poorly into a wrapper, where the chicken was between the buns correctly. The three very small, clearly old pickles it actually had, were just stacked on top of each other right in the center on the top bun. The amount of sauce on this sandwich wasnt even enough to cover a single pickle. No wonder they call it "mystery sauce" there isnt enough sauce to figure out what it could be. Overall, this is an example of a crew of people that hate their jobs, a company that doesn't care about quality or standards, and a sad excuse for a jack in the box. Lastly this place was dead, no customers were inside the building and no other cars were in the drive thru, and they still managed to poorly perform their easy jobs, at their easiest...

If I could give 0 stars I would. The night manager Debbie has no business working with customers. Went in around 10:30 family of 5 it was a big order a late night kids in the car so I didn't check to see if the order was correct until we got home. Surprise!!! It wasn't correct an that's fine it was a big order. My husband gets on the phone to get a resolution as my special need daughter dosent like nuggets she's a burger girl. The call he makes is on speaker right off the bat Debbie is rude an snarky asked us if the girl repeated the order to us literally arguing with us over a cheese burger eventually she gets loud an says just to come back to the store. Huge inconvenience by this time it's almost 11pm. Husband gose up there cuz if I did it would have ended differently an Debbie continues to argue with him over this cheese burger he offered to pay for the meal over again just to show we aren't trying to get free food. We eventually get our order after going back an forth with debbie an my poor girl is finally getting to eat alone at 11:30 pm cuz Debbie wanted to try an be a Karen! I will be contacting the owner/corporate over Debbie's behavior. An some advice to Debbie life is to short if you hate your job that much...
