Saguaro Vista Shopping Center — Local services in Tucson

This shopping center needs more security or something. There are a lot of shady people roaming the parking lot. I understand with all my heart about the people who are unhoused and do my very best to help make their bad situations just a little bit better for the moment I am there. The people I'm talking about are much rougher and not as kind. The "Tucson Gypsies" have seemed to make this their command center. The other folks roaming around or sitting in parked vehicles gawking at women and men of all ages are off-putting as well. The courtesy clerks know there's an issue, but dealing with this amount of riff raff isn't in their job description. As a customer and a decent human, I prefer they keep themselves safe. I absolutely despise coming here and never come here alone. The security this shopping center does employ seem a bit too busy talking to each other about nonsense and playing on...

Used to be my favorite store but today was the last straw. Was getting at customer service getting help from a manger when another employee(Brian) working the self service area started yelling (literally, and obnoxiously) for her assistance. She yelled back that she couldn't do everything, again employees yelling back and forth at each other while I and other customers are waiting. She than proceeds to leave me(with not explanation, although I could figure it out) to help the employee loudly complaining about a customer. She helps then comes back to me with no apology, nothing. I've been in the store weekly, for the past few months and this guy is constantly yelling or complaining loudly about customers, it's very unprofessional and off putting to other customers. I'll be making the drive to the Rita location...

Personally, I live nearby, so I am always seen bombing around store to store almost daily. I am so thankful for a fry's, 2 starbucks, my favorite Burger King on the planet, AND a Fry's gas station in the lot along with many other interesting hidden gems far and few between. This shopping center has it all and it is for that very reason that the people NEVER stop coming and going from this strip mall/shopping center! It's hoppin'!!! Hair cut? Groceries? Dry cleaning? Need beauty essentials at home? Ugh, dentist? An Eegee? Dog needs a bath? Need extra drinking H2O? Need a chocolate Oreo shake? A frappe? Only got a buck? Gas? Nails Did?
