I found on their site's store an item that was very hard to find. Used copies of this item go for 3-5x retail price, sometimes more, and I never found another one brand new anywhere. Their site showed one in stock at the normal retail price. Being skeptical, since it was such a hard piece to find and only showing one in stock, I gave the store a call. A young lady answered the phone and was very pleasant. She located the item and assured me it was in stock. Then, she kept the item at the front desk so that I could order it online without worrying about it being purchased during that time. I live across the country so she also explained how shipping will work with them and the process in a polite manner and gave clear instructions on how to do so. The rep that helped coordinate shipping was also outstanding in terms of politeness, speed, and accuracy.

A week later I have the item, no damage to it in any way, and they did not charge extra due to rarity of it or gouge me for shipping. Overall I was overwhelming shocked, pleased, and grateful for the whole experience. Even though I live almost 1,900 miles away, I will use this shop as one of my go-to places to visit for gaming needs simply for the experience and the friendly staff that work...

Store is full of wonderful products but some of the employees are less then welcoming. The young man behind the counter is always awkward which may not be his fault but always comes off as uninviting. I really did enjoy shopping here in the past but the disdain I felt from the worker will have me...

Awesome game shop. Huge selection. Separate room for playing and there are some tables throughout the store. They hold online auctions periodically as well. The only problem is how far they are...
