I can only rate it on my visit to IHOP. It was less than pleasant, it took 5 minutes b4 anyone realized I was waiting to be seated (this was at 2 am & they were not busy). I was very specific on my order yet when it came out it wasn't what I ordered. When it came back the server said it was a new order which wasn't true because the bacon was the exact same bacon as b4. The eggs were new. The coffee was colored water, when I open the carafe they leave at the table you could see the bottom & you couldn't even smell or taste coffee. They told me they premeasured the coffee. It took 20 minutes to get an actual cup of coffee & their excuse was they only had one coffee pot. I don't feel it should take 40 minutes to get a breakfast that comes in installments, then once it arrives every 2 minutes be ask if everything is okay. On top of that start cleaning the floors around me. Just...

Took our daughter to IHOP Good food great service staff is awesome they were very kind when our 8yro daughter wanted to put in the order for all 3 of us. It was funny,fun and they respected her it was a bit busy and they didn't rush her or anything they even took the time to go over the order slowly with her and even helped her do the oreder to were it didn't cost as much ( I think it was because she was paying for it out of her birthday money) and when they delivered our food they showed her how to check the "bill" when it came time pay they helped her make sure we received all the food and drinks and that we recivd everything and that we didn't pay for something we didn't order,(they did try to put on 2 extra orders of fries to see if she was paying attention) it was such an awesome experience. I've been doing my laundry here off and on for years between residences and it's changed. It started great and pleasant with a refundable card you apply dollars to. Didn't have an issue finding a washer or dryer. Use that card on the washers and dryers. They have single load up to 4 load washers which is convenient, now only a few washers accept the card and most are quarter machines. Most of the washers and dryers I use with my card are either broken and have been for months or are being used by customers when I arrive and I've tried going on a weekday and weekend since there are only a few washers that take cards now. They've transitioned to quarters and an app you have to download to give your checking account or credit card info to, no thank you. I won't be doing laundry here...
