Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Tucson

The baristas at this store are incredibly rude and awful. They weren't at first but it seems like if you're a regular here they'll treat you worse and worse. My partner and I used to frequent this Starbucks regularly until we started being met with hostility. We usually order the same drink every time because that's just what we like but sometimes we aren't even able to place our order because some of the cashiers here barely let us get to the counter before just blurting our order out for us, and not in a friendly "hey you're back" but a "great, it's THESE a**holes" way. This is all not to mention that the quality of our drinks has declined more and more each time we've gone.

When we go out to get drinks we bring mason jars to put them in because we bike everywhere and they are leak proof. This seems to have annoyed some of the employees here so much that they just won't even acknowledge us when they just slide our drinks across the counter and will just give a quick "yep" if you tell them to have a nice day(girl with long dark hair, we're talking about you). We are nothing but the most pleasant customers ever and never leave bad reviews because we work in service and have for a long time. Aside from a few very nice employees who sadly we didn't see often, the people who work here are just straight up rotten and shouldn't work in service. It doesn't suit them. The last time we had coffee here two of the employees were snickering about having to make our drinks right in front of us.

At least these people can rest easy because we won't...

I go in here once in a while and every time there is one girl that works in here that is plan out RUDE !!! so I order a large hot chocolate and always like 9 pumps of mocha in it ... I went in this morning 3/09/2019 and asked for a large hot chocolate with 9 pumps and the girl looks at me crazy and makes a comment well that's not going to make it sweeter I'm like I get 9 pumps every time so she hands off the cup to the other guy then I'm like I would like one of the target dog cookies they have ....she rang me up and first didn't count me my change back but also just throw down my money on the counter instead of handing it to me ...then I asked for my receipt she gets attitude and prints it out and throws that down on the counter .....then has the nerve to tell me not once but twice in a rude way for me to have a good day !!! Whoever is the manager for this location if that's how you allow your employees to treat customers then you might want to say something because this should NOT be allowed and this is how you lose customers .. I know if I even say anything to the manager they won't do a thing ! All I know is this girl needs to check her attitude and stop being so rude to people . If this continues to happen I will contact corporate plan and simple . For what I pay I shouldn't be questioned on how I like my drink ..... And it doesn't even taste like it has the 9 pumps I asked for ... Very...

For the past few months I've been going through the Drive thru for my new ABSOLUTE FAVORITE - the Cloud Machiatto! Today I had to run into target so I ordered at the Target Starbucks. When she handed it to me, I thought it was strange that it was in a cup with a straw. You can't sip the fluffy Cloud with a straw, but I figured they must be out of the special 'cloud cups'. When I got to the car and sipped it I nearly spit it out. Blek. The Cloud is just slightly sweet, iced coffee with a hint of sweetness. This horrible thing was milky and sickly sweet, like a Vanilla Latte. Sadly, I don't think this store knows how to make a Cloud Machiatto. Skip it. I'm sure that I ordered the 'cloud' because we had a discussion about leaving off the carmel drizzle - even that is too sweet for me. I was already on the road, so I just dumped it at...
