Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Tucson

The pizza that we had ordered was okay due to it being warm. It did seam old however the issue with the food was the cold marinara served, It was pulled from under the cabinet to fulfill my order instead of a hot and ready fresh crazy bread suace. The other issue was that we were told to pick our pizza up at a certain time from the pizza portal on the app and was lied too. Sadly it wasn't ready when we arrived. Not only that I had let the line die down as I assumed my order was a little late. However after a couple of minutes after the line had died down and waiting on the side for my food. I had witnessed a lady come in and had seen her order wasn't ready. When she asked for her mobile order. they had asked her for her name and checked the pizzas in the back (not pizza portal as nothing was even inside. ) to get her her order. After she was served I had asked for my order and that's when they had looked in the secondary holding (nothing was in the pizza portal ) to check for my pizza. The crazy bread took 10 more minutes l, and on top of that that they forgot the crazy bread suace and when I asked for suace they had gave me cold suace from the side instead of nice hot crazy bread suace. I am disappointed in the service from this store as they are always behind on orders/understaffed or whatever excuse they have for the day. Weather it is lunch or dinner. This place is not worthy of your time. They have a guaranteed wait time of 20 minutes for your " hot and...

I went in there Thursday 10/16/25 ordered my food online at 6:20pm. It was absolutely the most horrible experience I've ever had!!! Online says was supposed to be ready 20 min after I ordered. Went in to pick it up. No was told it's gonna be another 15 min. Saw about 6 7 other people in there waiting for pizzas. That little peach you had in there decided to throw your other employees under the bus saying no staff. Wanna guess what we all see? We see 5 other people in the back walking around like they have no clue what's going on while staring at your disgusting lobby with ticked off customers. So anyway. Come back in 20 min later and again was told it's gonna be another 10 min. Waited another 10 min. Went back in and was told another 10 min again this time the peach decided to throw the morning staff under the bus saying they didn't get anything ready for the entire store. But all the other shifts couldnt figure it out all day long and wait till night shift came in. Yeah sounds legit right? So again we waited with multiple other people who were either there as long as I was and a couple waiting over 2 hours because it wasn't made correctly. A door dash driver lost a bunch of money because of this. Oh and I do have to add that there were people coming in to order just to have all of us waiting to warn them about the wait times. They didn't even get far enough...

This has to be the absolute worst Location on the entire planet. Never can you just walk in, get a pizza and leave, this location is not equipped to handle the demand, you will walk in, wait 15 minutes in line just for them to tell you they cant take your payment till the pizzas are ready, so you waste your time standing in line just to be forgotten about while watching all the fresh pizzas being sold to other who just walk in.

Employees complaining about their job in the front end while serving customers, the young white lady with dark red pony tail said she wanted to smash her face into the computer screen while in front of like 10 people.

I dont know if it's staffing issues or equipment related but this company seems to neglect this store specifically, ever since they moved into the new building ive never seen so many problems in one store, and i am very regular here. Pizzas are always hit or miss, never cut properly, never cooked thoroughly, the list can keep on going.

Cant even come in for one pizza anymore without having to wait over an hour and deal with countless problems. Just shut this store down already or move capable employees from other locations here cause the ones here are incompetent.

I always see employees hooking up their friends with free stuff too. This store has no leadership, no structure, no stability.
