Beautiful RV and park model living. *A competent and attentive staff. All day gate staff during winter with minimal staffing during the summer. None during the night year-round but call box available. The park is considered very safe but complaints of bike theft has occurred. Locking up valuables is advised. *Non USPS post office available for stamps and letter drop off. No outgoing packages. Long park stays have mail boxes as an option. Mail room hours vary. Park has year round heated pool, hot tub and gym. Shower rooms are very nice and always clean. During the summer the water temperature seems a bit cooler, however, this could be refreshing when it's 105 F or hotter. It is a dry heat though. NO HUMIDITY! ! Large laundry facilities with clothes lines at each location (3 total in winter and 2 during the summer). If the machines fail the office will address the problem ASAP. Call the office or stop on by. They want want the best experience for you. *Free water, sewer, basic cable, household waste and recycling. 3 convenient dumpster locations easily within walking distance. *Landscaped with Seguro, Queen Palms and cati though out. Even an activity pollinator garden to enjoy. Yes, there are bees. *2 large pet areas in the park. Each area has divided pens for large and small dogs with benches. Each area has nice agility pen. Each pet area has a waste bag depot (usually full but bring a spare just in case) with waste containers at each location. No water. Dog wash area near Loop entrance. It is self serve. *Many activities of arts, crafts, billards, cards, athletics and specialty groups exist. Summer activities differ. Winter concerts and excursions available for a fee. Most all activity rooms are open year round 8 am to 10pm. Lapidary and woodshop require 2 people, an attendant and an orientation. During the summer ask at the office for help if a room is closed. Activity flyers are posted year round by the main office and/or in the activities office. Tennis, pickleball and other sports pads for use. *On-site library, grill, outdoor stage and relaxation patio available. *Food trucks frequent during the winter, as well as, a farmers' market. *Aeds on site in major locations. *Sun shade sails in most areas through out the park. *Each RV pad has concrete slab and aluminum picnic table for enjoyment. *Open flame is very strictly prohibited. This includes charcoal and smoking grills. Propane grills okay. *Loose pea gravel through out most RV sites, dog activity pens and trash areas. BEWARE!! The asphalt gets really HOT in the summer! Park is located right on the LOOP. Refundable key deposit required for access. The LOOP is not just for bikes. Use the LOOP to walk to near by restaurants, shopping and entertainment. *Any questions, ideas or request talk to the office, activities office or the friendly people. This is not a paid review. I am a 3rd generation RCW transplant and pleased with the park. *Why four stars? No place is perfect. **FYI Gorgeous sunrise and sunset daily. Monsoon season brings, almost everyday, downpour rains and beautiful, but fierce, lightening scattered...

Great access for Road and eBike groups and riders.||• Quaint, toy train setup.||• Occasional food carts.||• A handful of nice people who would say hi, and stop to chat including an awesome, active couple next to us (Canadians). We lucked out. Really nice gentleman across from us.||• Lots of Green shrubbery and flowers.||• Clean, newer, and well kept Park Models with very little outside kitschy decorations.||• Lots of inexpensive Mexican grocery stores nearby for groceries.||• Lots of shops within short distance.||• One Olympic size pool.||• Large individual shower rooms with toilet.||• Pickleball -8? courts including a website.||• Access to The Loop bike path right out back gate.||||||The Not So Great about Rincon West:||• Direct overhead flight path for Tucson airport (we could read plane's logos and numbers) and AZ National Guard. National Guard jets so loud that you have to stop talking due to roar when they were flying.||• We were laughed at by three older gentlemen sitting in lawn chairs as we struggled a bit to navigate a palm tree while parking our trailer (nice gentleman across the way help us though).||||Other thoughts:||• In general, average age appears to be late Seventies, with less active, and less fit individuals in park. Level, type and quantity of sport activities in park reflect this.||• A few smokers and thus a chance of breathing second hand smoke while sitting outside.||• Told twice the people in park were proud to be a conservative minded RV park (one additional gentleman was so upset about mail in ballots that he felt he needed to share with us one evening at the dog park).||• Lots of USA flags flying on RV's.||• Told twice by other RV'ers that people were grumpy in park.||• Approximately 15% of the people did not say hello in return, and looked at you suspiciously.||• No minorities or LGBT seen anywhere.||• Surrounding neighborhood around park appeared to be working class with one trailer park nearby.||• Lots of roadside litter on main blvd, with police or fire sirens off and on (24x7).||• Gunshots late one night, and another night had a police(?) helicopter overhead in neighborhood south of park searching with a spot light at 1:30 am.||• South part of fence around complex has razor wire on it.||• Could hear the Freeway 19 noise in distance.||• Lots of license plates from Mid-West.||||We picked Voyager to return in 2023 as much more friendly, appears to be younger and more sport activities that suit us. Also, no over head jets you experience at...
Read moreWe booked here for a month left early because: laundry consisted of broken machines that had signs saying they'd be repaired soon but never were coin machine in laundry was not operable but the online app was also inoperable and the front office could care less. We opened up a case with tech support for the app and it functioned for 4 hours but never again. Asking to exchange dollars for quarters at the front office is like Oliver Twist asking for more. BUT if you have ever wondered what happened to Nurse Rachet-put your mind to rest she is alive and well at the Rincon front office. internet was non-existent yet they happily charge you for it (fight it they eventually cave)-just greedy events are advertised but are always full and staff seems to take a lot of joy in denying you admittance. We found if you are willing to drive to the event its cheaper than paying rincon. I can't even describe the debacle of the pancake breakfast and the two meanies taking money and doling out sausages. The mean-spiritedness and rudeness was so unnecessary. somebody acquired a sign maker at some point and there are more signs about Dont Do This Don't Do That than you have ever seen and that attitude carries over to the staff who are a bunch of sour pickles in my opinion. If we had been issued orange jumpsuits on arrival we would have had a better understanding of the situation. very tight spots - moving in or out usually requires moving your neighbors cars unfriendly staff-just mean old people everywhere right under a flight path for both the airport and the airbase so if war breaks out you'll be the first to know or maybe a bomb will drop and put this place out of its misery. The aircraft noise means you cant hear conversations music TV its like being a monk who took a vow of silence in a very noisy monastery
There's much more but I think it suffices to say STAY ANY WHERE ELSE you will happy and will...
