Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Tucson

The server was Danika and the manager was Diego. Horrible experience rude server, all our food came out cold and mine was wrongly made, never got a refill the kitchen manager had to get them, asked for a side of ranch had to flag the host down to help because my server never came back. I went to pay my bill then seen I got charged for an extra drink, I ordered kids meals for my children that come with a drink and one regular meal and the server told me “well I gave your son a regular drink”..huh? Told her I ordered him a kids meal though I shouldn’t have been charged and to take it off my bill, she rolled her eyes and walked away then the server came back with new bill saying she took it off but she couldn’t give me my app discount because they had to re ring the bill so made the bill $12 more than previous bill with the extra drink. I told her I wanted to speak to the Manager at that point that I’m not paying more now because she took the drink off I should have never been charged for and now re ringing takes the discount away?! Makes no sense. I had a horrible experience without the extra charge I needed a manager at this point. The manager came out very defensive from the start with me asking to go to my app so he could read the discount on my app. He then proceeded to tell me AFTER reading the discount it’s because I wasn’t eligible for the discount since I used partial payment with gift card… okay but that makes no sense to not honor it yall did it before I discovered I was charged an extra drink. The manager rudely said “well I’m not comping the meal” I was shocked and said to him I WASN'T ASKING HIM THAT! I told him that is ridiculous that he said that and asked him what he was going to do to fix this? He said “just relax it’s just food” I wasn’t yelling or acting a fool I was trying to understand but he kept laughing at me and I told him “don’t laugh this is not okay” he asked for the receipts I said hold on let me take a picture first of them and he said rudely never mind and walked away coming back with a new bill with $2 less from the first bill, I really should have fought to comp the meal after how horrible they all treated me but I paid and left. NEVER GOING TO THIS BWW I’d rather make the drive to the North or East side locations this location was horrible and literally the worst BWW I’ve ever been to the franchisee or corporate should look into this location after reading all the reviews I see why so many are unhappy too with...

There are mainly 2 reasons why anyone will go here wings and sports. Sports is their main selling point no doubt. They have literally 50 TVs in the dining space every angle you are looking you will probably be able to see your game and even if you are waiting for a table in the lobby they got covered. On big game days It can get loud, that may not be a bad thing if that's your scene. The reason why I go here is for the wings. I've been to this location a handful of times and every single time the wings come out cold, not even lukewarm just flat out cold. And not only that but they had completely lost their crunch. It's one of the most annoying things that can happen at any restaurant but I cant stand it particularly when I want some wings and they dont come out hot. I know that wings dont hold heat that well in general and if they sit in sauce they lose their crispy texture but there is no reason to have cold and not crispy when I'm eating in the restaurant and not taking it to go. After so many times this happened I dont know what the issue is. I've been when its busy and slow, for dinner and for lunch, I ordered a lot of stuff and I've ordered only wings to eat and it's always the same story. It seems like they have a pile of wings already made and they toss them in flavor and its put out. It might just be this location but it makes me distrust this business. I really wish it wasnt the case. They have this amazing list of sauces and flavors and I love to try the hottest flavors I can find but if there is no crunch in my bites or they feel like they have been sitting around for a long time then its ultimately ruined especially for the price that you pay. I have to give credit to the staff they are always pleasant and friendly. However I hope some adjustments are made so they can provide hot fresh food. Itll be a while before I go back to this location, maybe I'll try the east side spot if I'm over there but honestly you can get better quality and consistent wings else where cough cough...

Let me go step by step, first when my family and I went there to get dinner at 8:00pm, the place looked closed whit ligths off, I asked if it was normal and they said they where gonna turn them on, that the person in charge to turn them on didnt do so... well. At the time we left, the ligths where still off.

Now, about the service, the guy was trying his best but was not focused, Took our order but after that everything started to go crazy, they bring the food, but no napkins, silverware or drinks, we asked for a Sampler and food, well. After a wile I had to stand up and look for the waiter, then asked for drinks, napkins and silverware, then went back to sit and waited for around 10 minutes to get drinks, then. Took time to get silverware and napkins. So most likely the secuense that should be followed was absurd. Instead of getting drinks, when placing the order, wile bringing drink leave straws and napkins, then procede to bring sampler wile cooking main order, not the way it whent down. Now let me speak about the food, hamburgers where prety bad, greasy and not that good, boneless, I could say they dont deep in mango abanero sauce the bonless. But they do on that vinagre based nasty hot sauce.... ( sorry for nasty but thats my opinion ), then fríes where over cooked, my friends wife asked for tater toat and got fríes instead, but the chicken salad, the lettuce was frech but was the thik end of the lettuce, chicken was good but to much orégano. Now that I took my time to write the hole thing, hope they can work on service and food, I still left tip as I allways do... even so....
