Bucket list ✔️!!!! I was soooooooo excited to share a hot air balloon ride with my son on his vacation to Arizona Spring Break 2024! 🏜️The sunrise over Marana was absolutely beautiful and I was smiling from ear to ear about my new adventure! Seriously!!!! I was annoying myself I was so freaking happy! 🤪I picked Southern Arizona Balloon Excursions because of the fabulous reviews, great communication with my questions and scheduling, the pilot’s experience, and duh - the colors of the balloon are pretty who wants a boring balloon in their photos?! Attention to detail! 😉 It was fun to share the experience with - friend for his first hot air balloon trip as well. I’d take ALL of my friends and family if I could!!!! One of the gals on the crew, Naola, was the first to greet us at the meeting place and she put instantly made any nerves disappear. She’s such a sweetheart and when I showed her my t-shirt that said “This is on my bucket list” she told me she was sure I’d become a “BALLOONATIC!” 🤣 Abso-freaking-lutely!!!! I was the last one out of the balloon and only because they made me get out lol. I’d go again and again and again!!!! I loved every single part of it- watching them test the air conditions, setting up and inflating the balloon, the peaceful lift off and surprise that of my gosh we are off the ground, the amazing views high in the sky, the pilot’s knowledge about the views and the balloon, the stunning ascent and descent, the champagne breakfast, and the great big hug from Naola. I can’t wait to book my next trip and to share the experience and excitement with more people! Let’s go! Let’s go!!!!...

I had an unforgettable experience on a hot-air balloon ride last Saturday to celebrate my 40th anniversary with my wife.

The views of Marana from 500 feet up were simply breathtaking. It was a unique perspective of the city that we had never seen before. Our pilot, Paddy, was not only skilled but also incredibly knowledgeable. He patiently answered all our questions and shared fascinating information about the surrounding mountains and other points of interest. It made the experience all the more enriching.

One thing that impressed us was the efficiency of the chase crew. They were waiting at our pickup point when we landed, which showed their professionalism and dedication to ensuring a seamless experience. Speaking of the landing, it was surprisingly smooth, with just a few feet of dragging as we touched down in a dirt road in a cotton field.

On Saturday February 8th I went on a hot air balloon ride with these guys,we met them at the Marana airport and then went to where we were going to take off from, about twenty minutes later our adventure began and then we took off to the east, then we went north, then we went south not to far from where we took off, probably a couple of miles.There were two other balloons flying not to far from us that landed out there somewhere but not us,we landed right where the van was waiting right beside the road, that was amazing, I will give our pilot an a+ for that.We then had a snack with some champagne, I would have preferred some tequila, but they didn't have any,it was a great trip and I will go with them if I do it again, thanks to the pilot and the gal I talked to on the phone, I think it...
