Store & Glasses Great! THEY are a 5 star.. HOWEVER, Oakley/Luxottica Warranty program HORRIBLE! Because of this, its a 1 star review. What should have been a 4- 6 week process have been over 3 months and will go at least 2 more months. Luxottica has made mistakes at ever turn, and don't care. They will outright lie to you about reserving things. They will have multiple people promise to have senior management call you and over a week later, no phone calls. Bottom line, the local store is wonderful, but if you exceed the timeframe for store to process warranty work, you can kiss getting what you want goodby. The lady working acted like she didn't want to help me or even show me anything since I was looking for a specific pair that she said she hadn't seen anything like it in their store...The same day my husband found out the name of them and guess what? They had them in stock!!
