Ikigaido Umami Fries — Restaurant in Tulsa

We drove 45 min to try this after seeing pics of the food online! We didn’t realize it was in the mall but we decided to try it anyways! It did not disappoint! It was really good & we love trying new things. The woman that helped us was so nice & beautiful inside & out! I’m not sure if she was the owner or manager but she gave me that vibe. I ordered the Korean Fried Chicken Fries! It had a wonderful sweet but balanced BBQ-ish taste! And the bites of cilantro sent it over the top! So fresh and tasty! The chicken was fresh and had a wonderful unique flavor! It was really good and I would definitely get it again! I also got the Lychee Ramune! Ramune is a fun Japanese soda and if you never tried it, you’re missing out. I’ve never tried Lychee but it had a subtle sweet flavor! My husband got the Tamanegi Onion Burger (w/fries). He is a burger connoisseur & he gives it an 9/10! Everything was very fresh! He wasn’t expecting it to be a double so it was a great deal for the price & he loves double cheeseburgers! He said the spicy Mayo was a nice kick! I tried it and thought it was really good! We will definitely be back to try a boba shake next time and probably another...

Reason to why I rate it this low was today was the first time coming to eat here and the older Asian lady would repeat my order correctly but did not give out the correct food and drinks. When I asked what happened to my drink she said I ask for fries. I told her no that was a misunderstanding and she would refund my money. She goes on saying your money has been refunded and she didn't need my credit card. I advised her I paid by cash and not card. She said take a look at my screen; see I refunded your money. I told her ma'am look literally it says on my receipt cash paid and she says she was sorry about the whole mix up. Still I think it was poor customer service knowing that I gave her my receipt and try to work with her. Using $60.00+ dollars today it wasn't worth the headache. Won't be coming here again.

Kimchi burger was 🔥🔥🔥.

Boba Drinks are delicious but kinda OVERPRICED. Too much iced added into the drinks.

Fries was cold and seem like it was left out to long then sprinkled...

Ordered the Kimchi Burger with fries and the Gogi Beef fries.

First of all the portions are great the burger and fries would have been plenty for myself but I couldn’t help but try out the Gogi Beef Fries which were amazing in my opinion. The Kimchi Burger was perfectly cooked and the flavor combination of the egg, kimchi, and sauce was evenly balanced. I would have personally liked to have seen more kimchi on it. The fries were seasoned to my liking which I prefer a more seasoned fry to the average person.

The service was quick and the food was really good. This is definitely a must try if you’re at the woodland mall or even just in the area.
