Helzberg Diamonds employees are rude and recommend poor choices. My boyfriend and I went in there to get an anklet and they didn’t have one I liked. The male associate then suggested that I take a chain and make it a bracelet and anklet all in one. They could send it to the jeweler and have it made. We agreed and thank god paid for the warranty. We get the bracelet and anklet a couple weeks later. This is where it goes downhill. My bracelet broke less than a week from having it. Then upon inspecting my anklet, we realized part of the metal had been flattened on one part of the anklet. Since we had the warranty, I took them back to get fixed and I wish I would’ve gotten these ladies names….. the bracelet, they said okay we will fix it. As for the anklet, these 2 ladies tried to convince my boyfriend and I that my use of the anklet had flattened the metal???? Wait what?? How would an anklet made of 14k gold flatten from wearing tennis shoes? Helzberg Diamonds gave me the idea for and told me they could make this work. So I got the bracelet fixed and not the anklet. Then when I got the bracelet back, it broke again!!!!! Within the same week!!!!! How poorly crafted does a piece of jewelry have to be?? Upon closer inspection, the link was so thinned out and very poorly soldered to the lock clasp. I took both back AGAIN, and a different lady takes my anklet and says “sure we can get it fixed”. This time I switch to the lobster clasp for my bracelet and get my anklet “fixed”. In the end, my bracelet broke AGAIN. My anklet wasn’t even fixed, the same flattened spot was there and now I’m done with this company and selling my gold for what I can get. PLEASE do not recommend customized jewelry if you cannot provide quality jewelry. I will NEVER buy or recommend this...

Only jewelry store I've ever bought from in 25 years. This was my store. Bought my wife a necklace in September for her birthday in October and now after she's had time to think on it in December and has never wore it, we decided we'll return it and get our money back. It's past 30 days and couldn't find receipt. They would only give me in store credit and what my wife wanted wasn't at Helzberg. I thought with my long standing business with them they'd make an exception. They did not. Do you understand how little time 30 days is if your buying in advance for someone as a gift?! That's done annually for Christmas! Do they stand by the law of 30 days during Christmas? But even after that I had to find something to exchange it with, my sales lady handed me off to another guy. No one was really trying to talk or be real friendly. The whole experience was just very disappointing. And since it doesn't seem they really care about customer satisfaction I'm not returning to this company. I'm going somewhere...

Wow jus wow this store sux as. I would give negative 5 star if i could. There were 4 employers standing around and no one wanted to greet or give us any service. My spouse really wanted a watch and we were planning to buy it. We came to this location for the first time and came in n out of the store purposely 3 times but no one still didnt care to come ask us anything. Ive been to many high end jewerly stores and bought things from heilzberg alot of times already but never hav i got in this kind of situation before. I wore a t shirt n a ripped jeans but they shouldnt have judged me by my looks. This was the worst ever. I got money. Im going to buy but they certainly did not deserve us. Wearing suits and ties dnt make u better than anybody else. Im asian,and they were definitely being rasists and stereotype.
