This location is lucky I'm even giving them a star. I brought my ring Aug 7th to get resized to a 6½, they sent it out to their shop to get sized, they wrote down my phone number, my MIL got an email saying my ring would be ready on Aug 24th. I scheduled engagement pics to be done on the 27th. On the 25th we got word it might be a little late due to the shop being backed up, my ring wouldn't be here in time for engagement pics, had to cancel engagement pics nonrefundable deposit of $250. MIL was then informed on the 29th that the shop broke my ring. I waited until Sept 9th to call the location, giving them the benefit of the doubt to call me and tell me personally about my ring, i spoke with the store manager and he stated they would have a new one in and sized correctly. Scheduled engagement pics again, but had to cancel AGAIN due to the ring not making it back in time. So now I'm out $500 in deposits of engagement pics. The ring finally arrived today [09/15] in a size 7.....when it was suppose to be sized to a 6½. So they would have to be shipped out again. After so many faults and very little communication between the woodland hills location. We ended up getting full refund back for the ring and will be going else where. Read moreIf I could give a negative I would. Customer Service is absolutely non existent! Dropped my ring off at this store to be sent in and resized. I wanted the bands taken apart, the sizing beads removed and the ring upsized from a 3.5 to a 4.5. All seemed good except they told me the ring could not be taken apart, ok I can live with that. Went to pick up the ring up, sizing beads were still in it and this caused the ring to still be big. I questioned this immediately and the gentleman responded with what do you want me to do send it off again, I am sure they would have removed them if they could have? Well not really I have been without my ring for two weeks already and I really don't like your attitude! I left the store. I told my Fiance what had happened and he was not very happy. The ring was still to big for my hand and after losing it off my finger a few times, we decided to stop by Kay in Joplin while shopping. Spoke with the store manager there and because of the way the Tulsa store had completed the work the manager was unsure that the ring could be fixed. He made careful notes on what needed done. Two weeks later I have my ring back! It is Separated, sizing beads removed and is now sized to a 4.5! My ring is perfect! I will not return this store and I suggest if you need customer service DO NOT go...

She was the super best. She really worked with me showing me pieces that I would like (not like some places that show you everything in hopes to just sell you something) she took the time to look for the perfect ring. The best was her sincere advice on which stones not to get for everyday since they are not as strong as others and can get damage easily. She has so much knowledge on jewlery it blew my mind. I had no idea you shouldn't sleep with your rings! Anyways we found the perfect little rose gold ring and for several weeks I debated. She checked up on me and even sent suggestions and advice!
