Latte Factory — Restaurant in Tulsa

We are pretty sure the milk was bad! Got a cold foam with vanilla and whole milk, it wasnt very good at all cant find one thing about the drink we liked. Within an hour of drinking it we both got sick. Assuming the bad taste was the milk we think was bad.

As for the service, had I not already paid I wouldn't have gotten anything at all because of how they treated some little girls. The girl scouts were selling cookies in the same area. Had a little girl approach us AFTER WE WALKED AWAY AND ALREADY PAID and one of the employees very rudely went to the parent over the group telling her that the girls can't sell near them. "So like the poles over there (pointing them out) that's our area and we don't want them taking ourr customers because we sell goods too" with an extremely rude tone! Parent watching over the kids seemed taken back by it and said sorry and she would let the girls know because they are just learning. Employee walked off with a smug look and attitude went back to the shop and was bragging about how she "handled them" MEAN GIRL MENTALITY giggle and hehe over bullying 8-12 yesr old girls. I was buying cookies from the little girls while this conversation was had and my spouse was there waiting for the drinks over hearing the other.

It’s so pretty and clean. I work in the mall so it’s great to have this. The workers are okay I was helped by Joyce, the drink was kinda sloppy made. I’ve tried it here before the first day they opened and the drinks tasted different they were much better then. I also saw one of the workers a guy leaving the shop when it was busy just to sit in the couches instead to helping. I work long shifts in the mall and most of the times I walk out there to get a drink or walk around I see them sitting doing nothing. One of the girls with glasses is always there helping them out and I barely see her sitting down. The other workers are doing the bare minimum. The girl with the glasses makes the best drinks though. She’s super nice and always makes me feel welcome. It’s a cute great and convenient coffee shop better than Starbucks, in my opinion but just need some better workers that actually...

Went to the mall and decided we needed some caffeinated beverages to accompany us on our trip. Firstly was surprised by it no longer being Starbucks, but I can get over that. Asked for their watermelon energy drink. It was a pump of watermelon flavored syrup and club soda that I could have gotten for $0.87 at Walmart.
