Restaurant wasn't very busy at all. Which makes me wonder why it was so dirty. Pretty much anywhere you walked, in the section we were seated in (bar area), you where either walking on food, balled up napkins or straw wrappers. Speaking of straw wrappers, our drinks were served with straws ALREADY in them. Weird. The hallway going to the restrooms smelled like raw sewage. Probably why they didn't have anyone seated in the section near the restrooms. Its weird, because the restrooms didn't smell bad at all. Time was decent. We didn't have to wait long for our food. I'll never order a regular guacamole with our queso appetizer. It was $7 for 2 spoonfuls of half-black guacamole. The queso was delicious! I ordered the pick 3 combo, with empanadas, a taco and an enchilada. The empanadas tasted good, but were very dark (overcooked). The taco barely had anything in it (pictured). The rice was okay, but weird, and felt like it had been made several days ago. My mom ordered a steak burrito. Made up for lack of filling in my taco, since it was STUFFED with steak. It was very good. Waitress was nice and attentive. I left disappointed, but not angry, so thats a plus. But I'll stick to the 71st street location, from now on.

Stopped in for lunch. Seated quickly and served chips and salsa right away. Salsa has a little kick. Ordered the lunch combo "pick two" with endless rice and beans. Had the ground beef enchilada and crispy chicken taco. Enchilada wasn't served very hot and the beef tasted a little off (bad). Chicken taco was very good. The bottom fell out because they sat it in the enchilada sauce and it became soggy. But scooped it up with a fork. Rice and beans were nothing to write home about. I saved room to try the sopapillas and I'm sure glad I did. You get two sopapillas covered in cinnamon sugar and served with honey and chocolate sauce on the side. Yummy! They came out hot and ready to eat. Best part of the meal. Waitress was nice and restaurant clean and not very busy. Will go back just for the sopapillas!! Restaurant has a bar area and outside seating.

Cozy place to sit down for a bite. I ordered flavored tea (mango then I tried the peach). I got the ultimate fajitas about 17.49 and the lunch special 7.99 for 2 enchiladas. One chicken and one cheese. The chicken, steak, pork and shrimp were soft, tender and delicious. The vegetables looked like a variety of squash, variety of bell peppers and onions. It came with the usual 3 flour shells (you can get corn for no extra charge) . The enchiladas were great. The chicken was flavorful and tender. The sauce on top I switched around and there was no extra charge for switching the toppings. And for dessert I got cinnamon sprinkled Carmel stuffed churros with a scoop of ice cream. The staff were helpful and attentive, my waiter was Jason

We had planned to go someplace new that I have been wanting to try for almost a year. The last time I remembered, they were closed for some reason. I remembered them earlier in the week, but they had a 35-45 minute wait after church. We decided to try them another day. We like OTB & it's one of our go-to places, even though we actually haven't been there in a while. I don't really like to order the same thing all the time, I like to try new dishes or just switch it around. I have been trying to really watch what I eat, and of course, how much. I haven't had one of my old favorites in a long time, and in looking at the calorie count, I see that it's actually one of the lowest in calories. They don't have the complete breakdown to compare protein & carbs, but coodo's for at least putting calories on their menus. I get so frustrated, after all these years, and in this day and time, when so many of us are trying to be health conscious, that the restaurant businesses are still not at least putting calories on their menus. At least for me, it does make a big difference, and it helps me a lot. Thank you. OTB. Samantha was our server, and she did a terrific job of keeping us happy. The manager came walking by several times, and at first, I hadn't figured out who she was yet. When Samantha was helping some other customers, she came by and asked if we needed a couple of Togo boxes and containers for our salsa and queso. We told her we also needed a sack for our chips and a bag to carry it all in. When Samantha came back by to check on us again, she asked if there was anything else we needed. I told her that her manager did a great job and relayed what all she had brought for us. I said, "She accidentally forgot the bag for the chips." I jokingly added, "I guess she's out of practice." When Samantha brought us the bag for our chips, my husband realized that the bag was there all along. The joke was on me. So sorry, Ms. Manager, you didn't forget one thing, you did an excellent job too! The only reason I gave a 4 on the atmosphere (I probably should have given it on service) is I am used to managers stopping by our table, introducing themselves, and asking if everything is satisfactory, or is there anything they can get for us. In this case, it would have been no, Samantha is taking great care of us. Then, we would have met you and hopefully remembered your name. Your food was very good and hot. I can't stand to have lukewarm...

Service was horrible me and my husband stood at the front door waiting for like 10-20 mins.. before somebody noticed us and when the female did she has attitude the entire time from the moment we walked in the door and then sat down.. then they took forever to offer us a drink and chips and salsa.. but her deminor was so unprofessional like she hated her job.. and then the young man came to help us he wasn't a problem at all just want him to be recognized for his great service. Don't know his first name but the last name Miller, was great even gave him a tip he was very helpful and patient. But this was unacceptable for us and will never be coming back here again especially because one me and husband was celebrating our anniversary and we was hoping for a good visit and food.. but no the atmosphere was so dark in that store i had to use my phone flashlight to even look at the menu it was living in a prison it is so dark in that restaurant and the amount of food was absolutely ridiculous shouldn't be $10 for queso, almost $20 for a burrito and don't get me started on the alcohol drinks!🤦🏻‍♀️ I will never be coming back! Because I also felt like a rip off because we got there before these other couple did and we even ordered before them and they got served before us and even got free queso.. so i don't understand how that is fare for me paying full price on some $10 queso?.. and the female walked past us so many times not even acknowledging us or asking us for refills or chips but she did ask the table.. it wasn't until my husband asked is when she gave us chips again.. literally picking up crumbs of chips before we got some more because our food took forever so we were just eating chips, and may I remind you this location was completely dead not busy at all and so I don't understand where and why and how it took this long to receive food, so I am very disappointed in this restaurant and horrible experience except for the young man. I will not be coming back and waste of $72.88 do better...

On the border has always been one of my favorites. Over the years the service has been on the decline. I’m a rewards customer. I always ask if I can have my ticket added to my rewards and can I have my rewards applied to our ticket. The servers actually do it about 50% of the time. This is disappointing. However today did they not only not add my rewards they didn’t give us any food either. We arrived at 11:20am. The server had 2 other table sat closely to the same time. Which made us understanding to her. She took all 3 tables orders at the same time. The other two tables received their food (one of them being a table of 6). At 12pm the server came to us and said she was sorry that the kitchen couldn’t read her order but our food should be out soon. The other two tables were done eating and several other tables that came in after us had received their food too. We had to get to a soccer game which we explained in the beginning. At 12:20pm we waived down another server and asked if we could pay for our drinks and queso. He went to get the manager, who had looked at us on 3 different occasions during the last hour. She came over and we explained that we needed to get to a soccer game. She said our food would be right out, we explained that we couldn’t wait any longer and just wanted to pay. She took my debit card charged me full price for my 1/2 off queso with my rewards and drinks. So not only do the servers not use the rewards neither do the managers. Long story short, this is the final visit. I won’t be back. The employees have finally ran off this...
