Loved getting my hair cut by HS. She does a great haircut & shampooing is to die for! And what sweet, dear, pleasant gal. I Went back for highlights. There was a disconnect in what I wanted. Even though it was discussed & she brought 2 colors...Browns, Golden for highlights I thought to look at. Top of hair only got color. NO highlights.😔 I informed my hair pulled red. It really is more Auburn now. Not a fan. It's not ugly...it's just not what I wanted or close to. Noticed later I have no top or underneath highlights. I've had defined highlights for 12 years. Disappointed stylist didn't offer to work something out with me to help. She doesn't know I have actually cried over this; it's MY Hair! I love this salon and my hair dresser! I finally found a place I feel comfortable in and truly enjoy going. All the staff are so friendly and professional. My hair is the best it’s been.
