If there is a Pizza Nirvana, I'm confident to proclaim that I've found it in the form of this all-you-can-eat, unlimited topping pizza place. The remarkable service, outstanding food, and the warm ambiance have all conspired to render my dining experience nothing short of extraordinary.
The primary highlight of my numerous visits has been the boundless offering of toppings. You name it, they've got it! From traditional favorites like pepperoni, olives, and bell peppers to more gourmet options like artichokes, feta, and romano – your creativity is the only limit. I loved the freedom to customize my pizza and experiment with flavors I wouldn't typically combine.
Now let’s talk about the true artisan behind the counter, the guy crafting these mouth-watering pizzas. Not only is he a maestro with the dough, but also he is genuinely passionate about his craft. He seemed to take great pride in each pizza he prepared, spreading the sauce with finesse, and arranging the toppings with an artist’s precision. Each pizza turned out to be a delicious masterpiece, reflecting his skill, passion, and dedication.
What took my experience to an even higher level was the exemplary service. The staff went above and beyond to make every customer feel special. Their attention to detail, efficiency, and genuine smiles made me feel valued and welcomed. Any queries or requests were handled promptly, and they were always ready to recommend their personal favorites.
The food quality and taste was also top-notch. The crust was perfect - not too thin, not too thick, and with a satisfying crunch. The sauce was flavorful, the cheese gooey, and the unlimited toppings were fresh and abundant. Every bite was a symphony of flavors that left me craving more.
I highly recommend this pizza haven for anyone in search of authentic, mouth-watering pizzas coupled with an unforgettable dining experience. Trust me, you'll leave this place dreaming about your next visit! And when you do visit, don't forget to watch the pizza maestro in action, his passion and craftsmanship are...
Read moreAvoid this place at ALL cost. If I didn’t have to leave a star, I wouldn’t have. I came in for the first time. Ordering for my mom & I. She stated she wanted spinach and so I asked if the manager could put spinach on the pizza. He told me no (he had only put cheese and sauce on it at that point). I asked why and he said because he already skipped past it. He started taking his gloves off so I assumed he was going to trash it. I immediately said no sir, you don’t have to start over it’s fine if you add spinach on top. He kept saying no, threw his gloves off and said “YOU CANNOT EAT HERE. GO.” As if I was a dog. I was genuinely confused at what was going on. So I asked his wife to explain. She said the spinach will burn in the oven and fall off. I told her I understood and that it was fine for my mom to not have spinach. She started making our pizzas again and as Another family came in. He put on his gloves, scoot our pizzas that she was making and started making theirs. Not having said another word. As I was checking out, I asked the wife again for clarity on the problem. Asked if they were the owners and she said yes. I attempted to explain to her again that I simply did not want them to waste food and was completely fine with our pizzas being made wrong as long as it meant they did not have to waste food. She then told me I was arguing with them by saying that. I decided a $7 pizza was not worth the disrespect and blatant rudeness and walked out. As I walked out she shouted “shame on you”. No, shame on this place and the clearly racist people who run it. SHUT IT DOWN!
Sad food has to be wasted when that was what I tried to avoid in the first place.
If these are the chain owners, Top That should really consider who they allow to do business under their name. And if these are the owners, this is a very poor way to represent your company. Should be completely shut down if pizza is served with discrimination on the side. It is...
Read moreI was very excited to eat at one of my old favorites, Top That Pizza! Food was delicious. I ordered the "cue the chicken" which has chicken, BBQ sauce, red onions, and chwddaew and mozz and I choose the honey wheat bread. OMG amazing flavors on this one. Downside to the food was the unsanitary conditions. There was cross Contamination in the Vegitable and sauces and meats. Counters were not clean. Time we ate there ~1800 on Sunday night
Service wasn't the best by any stretch. To start, im standing there and looking at the photos on the menus and the guy comes up and aks if we were ready. I told him not yet. As we are standing there 5 mins later and clearly still looking over the menue and deicding, he walks up again asking for our order. and he did not wear any gloves while making the pizza. He also came out chewing a good amount food while talking to a customer. On a positive note, I saw him take quarters from the register and give them to a group of kids. The kids were super excited
Atmosphere - nothing special. It's Christmas and holidays and you have a small little tree up and its shoved on top of the soda machine. Top of the machine was also missing the front covering, the machine was out of Ice too. When we walked in it smokey from someone burning the pizza.
I love the food and concept. However, you are not displaying that you care about your restaurant therefore it concerns me on eating there. The cleanings and standards have gone way down. You need new management if you have a manager, if you don't have a manager, you need an experience manager to drive results and clean it up and hold everyone...
