The sandwich was left in the oven too long and burned. The meatballs had obviously been there since the dawn of time, so completely blackened and burnt and rock hard I could barely get a knife through them, and when I did it literally crumbled inside. I stood outside for 35 mins BOTH times, knocking on the door and calling the store! No answer on the phone, an employee saw me and walked into the back, and a customer who was inside the store minutes before came up to me and told me that I simply needed to knock on the side door and they would let me in! Jessie was there to greet us, and I'll tell ya, we've never had a nicer subway employee.
