Buyer beware. I purchased a lighted wood Christmas tree that would not light up. Because of the defect, the associate discounted it for me. Once I got the tree home, I realized that it is very wonky-it leans forward and will not stand up straight for very long, eventually it just falls over. I called the store and was told that because it was discounted, I could not return it. I was not told this by the store associate at the time of purchase and my receipt does not say "as is". I called customer service and was told by the rep that I spoke with that if the receipt did not say "as is", the store should return it for a refund and that she would reach out to the store for me. She called me back hours later to say that the manager would exchange the tree, but no refund would be given and that it was left up to the store as to how they handled returns.
