Kohl's — Local services in Tupelo

The store has great deals regularly. They normally have decent customer service but on this recent visit one of the cashiers was extremely rude. She was not the picture of customer service and taunted me by waving at me as I walked out the doors. I went back in to inform the manager who happen to be on the next register behind her and he didn't show much concern. Instead of her directing the next customers in line to go to her help that came to back her up she allowed someone who just walked up to get in that line. The customer who had already been waiting had to wait another 10 mins before checking out because the lady in front of them had a lot of items to purchase. I honestly only go here when there is a huge sale and I have % off coupons and/or someone gave me their Kohls Cash. I truly believe they intentionally inflate their prices so after all the sales and discounts the price is what it should have been to begin with. This particular location is barely accessible, like most businesses in Barnes Crossing because their was no cohesive design or plan when building these businesses. Each business was built individually and parking access was added on to the existing infrastructure the best they could, resulting in many one way in and out...

I don't understand this Kohl's location at all as they don't have the great sales I have seen in other places or online. The store is clean and has good selection of stuff but they are way more expensive than online. I realize prices do change by location but it is always so disappointing when I get notifications about great clearance sales going on only to get to this Kohl's and see said items regularly priced. Too bad there isn't another one close maybe that would motivate them to have more...
