Red Lobster — Restaurant in Tupelo

Awful, awful, and awful. My husband took me here tonight, and we were expecting a totally different experience. We sat for almost 1h and 45 minutes before our food came out. Our food took so long to come out apparently bc I had a side of cauliflower they said was not finished. I ordered a surf and turf, with a medium well steak, it was very bloody and rare. My husband ordered a ultimate seafood meal, with the caprese salad. When his food came, there was no caprese salad. The food was ice cold, and when we asked to speak to a manager, this lady came out and said the food was prepared as it should've been, it just took longer to bring out bc the cauliflower wasn't ready..?? She was condescending and rude, and our waiter thought it was all really funny, as we could hear them all laughing and talking about it in the kitchen we were seated nearby. I heard the manager tell our waiter that you're never supposed to ask a customer if they want to wait on their food to be brought out before the side dish is done, you just bring it out...nice on the job training there, by the way, real smooth 👌👍. In the end, we had a large bill for all this luxury treatment, thank you for the hospitality, but we will never be back. Talk about worst restaurant experience EVER!!! Oh and the bathrooms were so nasty I almost threw up the only thing that they didn't screw up, lobster rolls...

Family went out for dinner today! I was waiting in anticipation all day! But I was so disappointed!!!!! Waitress was new so I understood if she didn’t know a couple of things but she also would not give any of their famous biscuits too us either! I literally asked 5 times and she finally brought them to us right before we were finished eating! We had to stop eating because a giant cockroach went under our table . It was the size of my thumb. I told the waitress but she just kind of stared at me like “ what you want me to do about it.” I finally looked at her and said you want to tell your boss about it. He came out and said that the bug man is coming out this next week . Like that makes it better! They didn’t even offer us another table. As we were gathering our belongings the giant cockroach decided to crawl up the wall onto the table. 3 guys standing there and no one tried to kill it. Must be the new mascot of red lobster! The food was extremely over cooked and gross. Not to mention a fly was in my drink! I don’t recommend red lobster in Tupelo...

I am from out of state first time at this restaurant called in a 2 go order told it would be 25 mins get there I was standing at the bar where a lady was counting down the cash register and still did not acknowledge me went to the back while standing there is a open area where staff can be seen you hear a lot of laughing and playing and I observed a blond head girl throw a pan on the floor I see all this but yet nobody see me went to the front and ask the guy if a bell had to be rung to get service he went to the back and yelled out a 2 go order was up front I continued to wait over 10mins no one is yet to come and acknowledge me I left the establishment my husband called and spoke with the manager Rebecca who stated the biscuits wasn’t ready so that mean don’t acknowledge the customer and hope she is psychic and figure it out! I don’t know how the food taste because I did not get the opportunity to taste it we informed the manager that we will no longer frequent this establishment which was ok with her obviously!...
