I’m not the type to typically negatively review a place after just one bad experience, but today really shocked me. I cannot consume gluten due to dietary intolerances so I always very specifically order my food at CFA. I’ve never had one issue at any location till I came to this one. Firstly they rang me up for an unavailable item in line and had me pay for it. They also charged me for the “red flag” items like they always do at my normal location. NBD. Got to the window, they reviewed my “red flag” request and proceeded to charge me AGAIN. Confused and hungry with yelling toddlers I pulled to the waiting area for my food. My mom suggested it didn’t sound right so I added it all up on the actual app. It was definitely incorrect. Spoke with a man outside. He went in and talked with whoever. They refunded me a partial credit but claimed they “couldn’t see the second charge at the window” in their system. Yeah. I easily found it in my bank app with no problems this afternoon. While it was only $10 that was incorrect in total (they refunded around $3) it’s the poor way that it was all handled that will have me never returning. Girls at window were rude and curt. Manager/person in charge never came out to directly handle the issue. Only person I ever spoke directly to was some poor man that wasn’t even involved in the incident, so I felt bad even complaining to him while he was clearly trying to help. Hands down, this was the worst CFA experience I’ve ever had. And for this chain to typically be so consistent, I was very shocked. If I could give them zero stars I would. It was overall a very unprofessional experience. Their food quality was also very poor at this location, but the other mess is what’s left such a bad...
Read moreWe were coming home from a trip to Florida, and stopped in around 7 hours into our 18 hour trip home. I ordered ahead on the app and picked up curbside, but just as we were finishing up running to the restroom, a gentleman came out with our food. I did not get his name, and I wish I would’ve. (I think he may have been a manager with how he was dressed) He stayed and visited for a few minutes, talking and joking with my kids, and I told him we still had about 10 hours left on our trip. He told us to have a safe trip and headed back in. A few seconds later he appeared again, and said he felt led to pray over us, if we were okay with that. We definitely were, and he prayed a beautiful prayer over the rest of our trip. It’s always a beautiful thing to witness someone being obedient to the call of the Holy Spirit. That extra step meant so much to us, and definitely gave us a more than pleasant experience at this Chick-Fil-A location. The food was great as well! Hot, fresh, plenty of napkins and sauces, and silverware included! We’re all full and refreshed for the second half...
Read moreMy mother and I came here this morning. We arrived in the parking lot around 0615 and waited until they opened the doors. After they opened the doors we went in and the floors were still wet, and they told us we would have to wait to order. We weren’t even greeted on top of that. Once we were allowed to order we had to wait 10+ minutes for our order. While waiting, my mother, whom is the nicest most patient lady one would ever meet, made the statement, “this is the least friendly chick-fil-a I’ve been to.” I ordered an egg white grill with a fruit cup and a large Coke Zero and she ordered a 4 count chicken mini entree with a large Diet Coke. After finally receiving our order about 15 minutes after ordering, we rushed out given we had a 10 hour drive ahead of us. Upon looking into our bag, I pulled out my order to see I had been given a sausage, egg, and cheese muffin. Just frustrating that we waited so long to not even receive the correct order. Usually chick-fil-a is always very good at getting orders correct and being extremely Friendly, but this one...
