Paid for the Ultimate package This was the absolute worst. First I get a call less than 24 hours that they can’t cook pizza. Can’t bring food because of heath issues. Apparently they didn’t have gas. So I understand but I couldn’t reschedule in less than 24 hours notice. Apparently the gas was down all over Tupelo since Wednesday.( why that wasn’t mentioned ) I even got a call on Wednesday asking if all the kids would show up, no mention of gas that day. So we show up with13 kids @ 1:30pm 3/15/2025 We spent all most a hour of our time in the back due to storms, I understand that. When we were able to finally do the party, I spent the whole time chasing someone down for all the things the party planner was suppose to be doing. Didn’t meet the party planner until we were fixing to leave and he asked how they did, seriously he knew how they did. 6/7 workers and all of them were just ready to leave and hanging out in the back. I was charged almost $350 for literally just the game cards and drinks for the kids. They did give us silverware, dippin dots, souvenir cups, had to chase them down to get chucke out to do the birthday song, chased them down to do the ticket blaster, chased them down for cups, chased them down to get more game cards, chased them down to get a new card when one didn’t work, One manager sitting at a table eating lunch and one employee. I didn’t bother either but thought it was weird they were eating in the middle of Restraunt rather than in the back. All the employees started cleaning so they could close and leave at 3pm. $50 deposit $242.62 $45. Something for two more cards and two drinks

Never will I ever darken the door of this place again. Our party hostess took away all plates before we could have cake. We go ask for more plates and yet again our hostess comes back to our table and is very rude to us for asking for more plates. I ask for a manager and as I am speaking to the manager our hostess tell me I need to shut the f**k up and needless to say that didn’t go over well. They take 40$ off my party and says it will be handled whether it will or not who knows. Very unprofessional and if my child would have been standing beside me during this event I would have done like she asked and jumped behind the counter and took care of it myself! My son didn’t even get to blow out the candles on his cake. She never brought out goodie bags for the kids. Nor did they bring dippin dots like I paid for. Absolutely sickening behavior and ruined my sons birthday party. Yet still cost me 190.00! I will continue to keep a check on this and make sure this person does not get...

This place is the worst. Booked a party for 3 kids and had to pay for 4. Okay..no problem. The hostess came by our table and confirmed everything before the party started. FOUR kids....FOUR. She came back by and asked if we were ready for them to cook the pizza. Four GUEST kids hadn't arrived yet so we said give us 10 more minutes. They brought 2 pizzas out and a stale cake. Kids couldn't play the games because if they weren't broken they were occupied by adults. They brought the bill before presents were even opened. They had charged for the four GUEST kids. Their mistake....guess who had to pay for it anyway? Yep....me. There was no reasoning with the manager at all. I would have paid for the extra pizza but that was not an option. One greasy, mediocre pizza and 4 paper cups cost me 60.00. Never again will make the mistake of goung there nor will I recommend it to anyone else...quite the contrary.
