Arizona Leather Interiors at The Market Place — Local services in Tustin

We had gone to several furniture stores looking for a leather couch and chairs to replace our old set. We did not find anything we liked. That’s when we visited Arizona Leather in Tustin, Ca. The salesman, Hugh Mocias, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He showed us a wide variety of styles and their color and leather options. We found a style and color we liked and selected an exceptional European leather (ELMONORDIC IV), that was not available at the other stores we had visited. The ordering process was quick and easy. We found the price competitive for what we had ordered. The set arrived on schedule. It was exactly as we had ordered and was in flawless condition. The delivery men were very friendly and careful. Once we had it in our family-room for a few days, we loved everything about it except the legs! We decided to change the legs to one of the other available options to better blend with other things in the room. We went back to Hugh. He indicated the legs could be easily changed. The charge was very minimal. He sent a technician to our home. The technician removed and replaced the legs in a couple of hours. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. Now “everything” about the set is a perfect fit for our family-room. Overall, it was an excellent experience. Our only regret is not going to Arizona Leather in Tustin first! 5 STARS ALL AROUND. ...

We purchased a German-made recliner through Arizona Leather in February. It took around four months before we received it in early June, which we expected when we ordered it. Right after it was delivered, we had an issue with the footrest not retracting underneath the chair like it should. We called immediately and they sent someone out timely. They determined that the entire footrest mechanism could not be repaired and a new mechanism needed to be sent from Germany. We've had the chair now for over seven weeks and it still hasn't been repaired! We could be patient if Arizona Leather's service department would communicate with us about the status, but we have had to constantly follow up with the store. Apparently, the store personnel cannot call the service people, they can only email them. We still don't know when they will come to repair the chair and are very frustrated. I am disappointed in the way that Arizona Leather has handled this. I would have to seriously think about purchasing anything from them again after this experience.

Update: They came today (7/30) to fix the chair, so almost two months after delivery. I will say that the two repairmen were efficient and repaired the chair so that it now works...

8/12/2023 We purchased our first set of sofa, love seat and chairs from Arizona Leather in 2005 and have been very happy with its comfort of use, quality and esthetics in our residence. Therefore, we decided to purchase our second set of sofa and love seat at Arizona Leather store in Ontario. During the store visit on 6/28/23, and consultation regarding the purchase, we interacted with Mr. Hugh Mocias, Manager. In addition to the new purchase, Mr Mocias advised us regarding application of new foam core to our first set of furniture. The ordered service and new furniture were delivered early and at the highest quality to our complete satisfaction. Mr. Mocias provided his consultation at the store as well as coordination of delivery of the service and furniture at the highest professional, competent, efficient, courteous and friendly level to our complete satisfaction. We can recommend Arizona Leather for quality and beautiful esthetics of its furniture made in USA as well as for quality of professional service as rendered to us by Mr. Mocias.
