When you walk in you immediately smell the leather. This is a western paradise. Yes they have tons of boots from many top boot makers, but they also have everything else from western style clothing to belts to accessories. They have classic hats from the likes of Stenton to Cody James.

Their boots come with classic leather soles to newer mor comfortable molded sole that are quieter and more comfortable. I like Ariat boots because they don’t echo down the hall and are more flexible, comfortable.

And they have professional steel toe work boots and clothing including foul weather ware and coats as well as reflector safety jackets.

Overall this store is great and has a lot of great stuff. I’m just writing this to inform that some staff there had been rude and seem to be working unhappy. Specially a staff whose name is Sofia treated my family and I rude during check out and payment. My mom had order some staff online and when we picked them up, everything was split up into two bags. The bags had the receipt with same last name on both, and Sofia seemed to not understand that both bags were ours. She only handed one bag to us, and almost took the other one back. She was perceived as unhappy and bothered to be at work. The items at store should receive 5 star but because of Sofia I will only give this store a 2...

I was helped by Abel back in November when I visited this store to try find a new pair of boots. Abel was an amazing help! I have really big feet and most women's shoes struggle to fit so we went to the men's section and tried on so many different pairs till I found 2 pairs I fell in love with and couldn't pick between so naturally I bought both. Couldn't have asked for a more patient and helpful store assistant literally wear one or the other pairs every day and they're the perfect fit.
