We bought a Samsung washer and dryer from them, we were told it had a 2 year warranty. We paid them off within 6 months. It hasn't even been a year and our dryer started having problems. I called them today and I was informed our 2 year warranty was up as of yesterday. I asked them how that was possible where as we haven't even had it a year and they said "Oh it's 2 years from the make day" oh well that's wonderful, why werent we told that when we purchased them? Tell people specifically its 2 years from the product "make date", not from the day they purchase it. Then they contact Samsung and between the 2 of them they want to send someone from Boise to fix our dryer for $390, that we have to pay for. Before you buy from them check when the product was made so you don't get screwed on your so called 2 year warranty like we did. My husband even contacted the district manager and he said we hadn't had it a year and the district manager said it's 2 years from the make date. Once again we were told it had a 2 year warranty not that it started from the make date. Aaron's employees need to tell people that! The district manager also stated "Ya it did expire. Crummy deal on your part I know" We paid it off in February so we didn't get a dang 3 month warranty. What B.S. we will never buy from them again! CUSTOMERS MAKE SURE YOU ASK THE MANUFACTURER DATE! We were told it comes with the matching ottoman it was just on order. We told her the ottoman was important to the purchase and what we were wanting. It’s been 3 months and no ottoman. I’ve called 4x and they couldn’t even locate that we bought the couch. I’ve been promised a call back each time and have heard nothing. We went in today and still no one knew what we were talking about or had information that we bought the couch. We were just told the employee has been out for 3 weeks and the manager would check with her. This was coming from a manager & he couldn’t figure it out enough to help us order one or something close. Extremely disappointed & displeased with the service and sale. We were obviously lied to and she just wanted a sale instead of actually helping us. Avoid this place at all cost, spend a little more elsewhere to avoid...

No call from Manager. 4/11 still no call after they opened so I called yet again and terrible customer service employee wanted to argue that she did nothing wrong and she would get me a different laptop or I could wait an hour and it would be ready.
