GameStop — Local services in Tyler

I was surprised at how small this location was. They had a super limited amount of stock. I had found several 360 and Xbox games online that I wanted to purchase and when I arrived at the location, the worker explained that they no longer carried the "retro" games in stores and I could order them online. She was super nice about it, so that's why there's 3 stars instead of 1. She even sent me to other locations in the area where I could find the games I was looking for. The 1 star would be simply because the location only carries the newest items, unlike other Gamestops I've visited in the past that have had several different games to choose from. Maybe this location has had a hard time selling used items in the past, so they now choose to only carry the newer items. Just letting others know what to expect...

Back in December of 2018 just before Christmas I had a great time when I came in shop at your store I like you all better than the one in Terrell and if I ever have to go to another GameStop store it will be yours I enjoyed myself quite amazingly along with my sister who enjoyed the socks that were Mario bran and Nintendo that I gave her for Christmas I probably will be back there coming up soon to be honest and I enjoyed the kindness of the employees and their knowledge of their product and the store and how organized and cleanliness it was that day from mr. Went in to buy a game, the guy at the counter was being extremely pushy on the membership. I get it, your store is graded on used game sales and memberships. We finally said no sternly enough to move on from it. As we are checking out he makes the most arrogant statement “you know they sell games elsewhere?” Dude are you kidding me? Ya of course we know that, I chose to buy a game from y’all than purchasing it online. Your brand and company will be dead any year now let’s not forget that.
