I decided to review this business now even though I got my hair done in August 2022. The daughter of the owner did my hair and did it very poorly, meaning she only retwisted some of the dreads and left the one in the back undone. I did not notice because she put it in style to cover up her deceit. Once I took the style down I noticed the back looked as if it was not touched. I went back to show her and she seemed offended and taken aback. Yet she had my hard earned money for a poorly done service. She tried to blame the style as to why the hair looked the way it did. Excuses, pride, and lack of accountability are going to keep a lot of people from receiving blessings. She will reap what she sowed and God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit will intercede on my behalf because they saw everything and they know the hearts of people. After waiting for 20 min beyond my daughters 8:30am appointment, we were told to come back at 2:30. After arriving at 2:30 and waiting about 15 min, I asked one of the workers what time would my daughter get her hair braided, she said she didnt know. I went on to tell her that we had an 8:30 and that we were told to come back at 230. Her reply was, "everyone in here had an 830." I thought to myself, "woooow, so you're telling me that I'm not the only person whose time isn't respected." I guess she really thought that was a good rebuttal. In fact, it only revealed that there is perhaps a broader issue with their way of scheduling and commuicating with their clients. Long story short, we decided to just leave. Their selfishness, indifference & disrespect of my time wasn't worth...

When in on Sunday 10/03/22 & got Medium Singelese Twist priced @ $220. On Monday 2 braids fell out. As the week went on, 2 more fell out. I live 45 min away but was in town on Sat(10/09) so I stopped by & asked the lady to fix them & she had an attitude with me, as if!! Talking about I need to call 1st! I was a walk in on 10/03 when I got them done & you had no problem taking my money then, but as soon as you need to take accountability for your bad service & correct the problem, it’s I need to call ahead because you’re busy! How about you’ll NEVER get my coins again!!! Not to mention having two people doing my head at different times & the lasted stayed FaceTiming on her phone most of the time instead...
