French Quarter Shopping Center — Local services in Tyler

Fairly new place but, dissatisfied overall. I've taken my family there several times and each time we have had to sit and wait for them to replenish the pizza. On a few occasions we got there only to find one or two pizza options available that were mostly gone. Typically, once the pizza is replaced it is good but, they are terribly slow at it. On a couple occasions we just ate what was available in dissatisfaction because we had already paid and by the time they brought out fresh pizza we were leaving. They seem to have alot of staff who don't know what they should be doing seemingly wondering the restaurant with no purpose. I've caught staff eating and drinking behind the counter. Unfortunately, we've not had one enjoyable...

Yes, this place may be old school but it feels like the old classic Tyler. That’s important to me. TSO is always the best. I hate to give them the review they deserve because people may take my appt time;) jk💯😜They have been here for me for years. Went to China King restaurant. The first plate I had was salmon and shrimp and broccoli beef. The salmon was excellent, the shrimp exquisite, and the broccoli beef perfect. Then the second plate was Mexican food enchiladas and tamales. Both were cold and would have been better served hot. Now the red sauce for the shrimp was only ketchup and not very good for dipping shrimp in. True red sauce has horseradish in it,and this had none. All in all the overall meal on a scale of 1 to 10...
