Absolutely deplorable staff. My partner went in for make up on a quick errand run and had the worst possible experience with the staff. The woman who was supposed to help them with make up selection never worked with what my partner was looking for and what they wanted and instead only showed the most expensive brands the store had AFTER my partner specifically said they did not want anything that expensive, and THEN the woman scoffed at my partner for not wanting to spend their money on it and also plastered their entire face with make up after they had already told her that they were going to the gym after shopping and didn't want make up on during their workout. She also kept telling my partner how awful they looked with the makeup they were putting on them and was lying about what exactly was in the makeup.
After my partner got done having to deal with that and went to buy their stuff. The store then tricked them into getting a credit card without their knowledge by only telling them that it was a rewards program and NOT a rewards program credit card and they only happened to realize it when they asked after they set it up if they could pay and they told my partner that it had gotten charged to their new credit card. During all of that as well, the manager was nearby, the woman at the desk was telling my partner that she wasn't sure on what exactly she was doing and NEVER even asked the manager for help.
And during all of that at the front desk, walking around the store, and getting makeup put on, the people working here were constantly scoffing making rude comments, and purposefully ignoring the requests of my partner and their needs to the point that they left the store more miserable than ever.
I hope this gets to higher ups so that they know about the way their employees are treating their customers because this is ABSOLUTELY the worst customer service I have ever heard of from...

It was not what I asked for and am embarrassed for my hair to look how it does. I called and asked for an appointment to get it fixed but wanted to go brown because adding more blonde would not fix my problem. I made an appointment over the phone and they said they would fix my hair for me and specifically asked about going brown and nothing was said about it costing more. When I went in for my appointment two weeks later and the service manager, Michaela, said they would only be able to comp the appointment if I went to the same stylist and got the same thing done. She was inflexible and did not seem to care about my situation. I am graduating in a week and do not have time to find another appointment before that. The manager must’ve taken note of the brand she was interested in bc they snuck 3 of their products and some samples into our bag for free! She found the Orabella bottle I was looking for in the back(the greatest perfume ever made-salted muse), showed me tons of product's I was curious about and made it all feel easy. I don’t even wear makeup but I’m a lifelong Ulta loyalist because of how amazing this store is run!
