I'm not a girl who normally writes reviews, but the experience I had at this jeweler shop was so amazing I needed everyone else to know it. It was a Friday and I smacked my engagement ring on a stool and bent my prong making my gemstone loose. The jeweler who normally does a quick tightening for me turned me down for a (TWO MINUTE) prong tightening for me. It was 4pm when I got off work, hysterical because I couldn't find a place to help me before the weekend. My engagement ring isn't thousands and thousands-- but it means the world to me. I called D&V Jewelers an hour before they closed, explaining my situation and he welcomed me to come right over. I arrived at 4:30pm, right before they closed at 5pm on Friday and had me come right in. The gentleman explained there was a chance my prong could break being repaired, but precisly got everything back in place. He even took the time to adjust it a couple times to my OCD satisfaction. I got to talk to him about options down the road recasting to another metal. They do 3D printing and create custom rings- the craftsmanship of his work was immaculate. He really took time to show me things and explain the details behind metals- without me feeling like I was being marketed to spend a bunch of money on unnecessary things. I genuinely felt him educating me on things to extend the lifespan of my ring in the future.

Regardless he FIXED IT for me. He didn't have to accept me in the door right before closing. He had no obligation to help me but he did. He fixed it and I felt the weight of the world lift off my shoulders. Aside from being so very helpful- he is super personable. I feel like I could sit on a porch, talk, and drink iced tea with him 😂 Truly such a kind owner. Beautiful work, kind personality and hands down just a wonderful place. Please skip the big chain stores- give them your business. Do yourself a favor and pull in and stop by sometime. You won't walk out dissapointed. You'll be taken care of. To the man who helped me repair my ring, thank you. I'll never forget it- I'll gladly drive an hour and a half to go a wonderful place such...

I commissioned D&V Jewelers to design an exceptional diamond ring, valued at $5,000, that would be awarded to the winner of the RUSH Late Model Series $20,000 to-win "Bill Emig Memorial" event at Lernerville Speedway, June 2022.

I wanted a ring that would truly represent the importance and stature of the event and of course be something I would be proud to present to the winner of my father's memorial event. Doug was tremendous to work with throughout the entire process and in the end created a beautiful piece, one that I know will be cherished throughout the years by not only the driver but his family.
