I got my nails done 13 days ago and have had 2 nails come off. I wasn't doing anything heavy duty to make them come off, they literally popped right off. I went to get the first one repaired after only being on there for FIVE days, and she charged me $5. I said I thought the crystal gel was supposed to last longer than 5 days, and I didn't think I should have to pay, well, she said I did. Ok, whatever. Anyway, here's the funny thing....when I got my nails done initially, I told her I wanted gel. I had a color already picked out, so she comes up to me with a different color and says I think you should try this one. (It was very pretty I'll admit) I asked if it was gel, and she said yes. She forgot to mention it was the CRYSTAL gel...which is $15 MORE....had no idea she was using it. I go to pay and she said $70. (I got a pedicure too) I was like hold up....how can a gel fill-in be more expensive than a full gel set. She THEN told me it was the crystal gel. I said I did not want that, I wanted gel. She upsold me without telling me. She then had the audacity to say I should've asked what the price was before I had them done. I said I knew the price already, for the GEL, not the crystal. She deliberately upsold me and didn't give me what I wanted. I asked her what the difference was between the two gels, and she couldn't even tell me. She was extremely rude and said I had to pay full price. She misled and deceived me. She said her price for crystal gel was the cheapest around....I said I DIDN'T WANT IT TO BEGIN WITH! She said oh well, it's $70. She was extremely rude. All they care about is taking our hard earned money; they are deceitful and will steal from you any chance they get. Plus she was actually yelling at me and interrupting me...a customer!!! Will never go back.....and have told my friends the same thing. Word of mouth is a powerful thing!! Wish I could give it zero stars. I posted a pic of my 2 broken nails....lovely workmanship, right?? They literally just popped right off. Shoddy materials, and a shoddy, horrible technician. I can't say enough bad things...

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I will NEVER go back...I've been getting my nails done for years and this was by far the rudest service of my life!! When I went in I was the ONLY customer and now I know why... My nails are totally uneven, the older lady doing my nails was the only worker and she kept yelling at me and swiping my hand away. She even made my finger bleed!!! She was obviously in a bad mood that day and hurt my hands really bad by aggressively filing my nails trying to get done quickly...I was nothing but smiling and polite and they didn't even say goodbye to me!!!! They said on the phone my nails would be 28 dollars but TRIED to charge me 35 because they were "TOO LONG"?? Um what?!? And they have one teeny tiny shelf with barely any colors to choose from.. All the equipment looked so cheap, old and dirty. I left feeling totally mad and upset. I should of read the reviews before I went...Now i'm afraid I might have an infection :( I reallllly want my money back and wish I could leave 0 stars to this...

NEVER GO HERE!! This place is awful. They do NOT know how to do nails. My niece got her nails done here and they looked completely horrible. The nail was bigger then her finger, she didn't even use a file, her nails were also lumpy pretty much a big glob. I told the worker that she didn't like them and that they looked horrible and the worker would NOT fix them (NOT THAT I WOULD WANT THEM TOO). She said that she spent an hour on them. Needless to say my 10 yr old could do a BETTER job then this women did. To top it off she still charged us $60 for the nails that I had to get redone! I called the manager today to let them know what happened and he's reply to me was I don't know I wasn't here. So my reply was what do you mean? The ONLY thing he offered was a discount on my next visit lol....WHY WOULD I WANT TO GO BACK??...
