Wid and team have been maintaining my pool for many years. Before him I had several pool maintenance companies and no company even came close to his great service! He opens the pool, closes the pool and provides a weekly valet service to check chemicals, vacuum, shock, and do everything necessary to keep the water and pool area perfect. My setup is complicated. It has 2 pumps, one for the waterfall, a hot tub that flows into pool and is on a special system, a heater and an automatic vacuum. If anything goes wrong he's there the next day to fix it. I can’t say enough positive things about the Pro-Tech pool &spa company. They have serviced my pool for several years as well as weekly valet treatments during the summer. They follow their schedule and show up without fail. My pool filter failed this summer and I was expecting them to tell me it may take while for repair because of their busy schedule however they showed up later the same day and fixed the motor.
