Came here to sit and have dinner for 3. The place was not busy at all but no one acknowledged us when we walked in so we just took a seat hoping they would get the hint that my family and I wanted to dine in. 5 minutes go by, and still nothing and the young lady behind the counter saw us sitting but decided to do something else so we made eye contact with this young man that was standing in the kitchen and asked for menus. He walked up and gave it to us after thinking it was funny to act like he couldn’t hear anything we were saying. The young lady with glasses behind the counter tonight was working alone handling the customers so we were really trying to be patient with her. 20 minutes in and we finally get our food, but she gave us our main meals and forgot the appetizer which was just one thing. Her customers were now building up so we didn't pay no mind into it and just patiently waited for her. But after 5-8 minutes into waiting, again, I finally decided to say something about it because she was too busy flirting and talking to the boy during her “down time”. I honestly would never come back here again. They need people who can multitask while giving good customer service. I did not leave a tip because I felt like I was trying to serve myself and my family by 1, asking them to give us menus which should be handed to us as soon as we took a seat, 2, reminding them to bring out the appetizer which should be the first thing you bring out and not the main items, and 3, made us go up to the register to pay because she keeps forgetting we were there. My family and I were the only ones sitting at a table to dine in while customers came in and out for their to go orders. I always tip my servers good based on their act of service but tonight, I didn't because my family and I were not even being served properly to begin with. This place need to hire cashiers AND servers and not let this poor young lady do everything because she clearly couldn’t handle multitasking because she continuously keep forgetting. There is no way that this place is Korean owned and after watching what looked like a bunch of teenagers in the kitchen fooling around while I waited 40 minutes for undercooked food thrown together with no regard for the customer I’m positive that there was nothing Korean about the way it was prepared also. Korean people take such pride in everything that they do and are such perfectionist that they would be ashamed to have what I was served labeled “Korean Food” . I should have just taken $80 and thrown it in the trash. The Bibimbap consisted of Burnt scrambled eggs, white rice, a few shreds of Carrot and lettuce. There is no Lettuce in Bibimbap it’s Cabbage and the egg is also not scrambled . The bulgogi was dry and over all the meal was not enjoyable so I did not finish it. The Pot stickers were still cold in the middle due to not being cooked long enough. The Korean street corn consisted mostly of oil and over all the food was just not enjoyable. What’s sad about this review is that almost every review or complaint before mine is true and nothing has been done to fix the problem. Every reply from the “Owner” is an apology but appears that nothing is being done. 40 min wait and we were the only ones there with just one take out being picked up during that time. I placed an order of soy garlic wings, as I was waiting for my order the cashiers are eating at the register and playing in their hair! I had to ask them was that my order, and that’s when they proceeded to check to see if that was my order. After receiving my order I made it home to enjoy my food. Come to find out, they gave me the WRONG order instead of the wings that I placed! You can’t never get through to the store, I finally spoke to a young lady by the name of Grace, she asked me the same questions over and over on what kind of wings do I have. I repeatedly explained to her what I had, she finally said her manager Rudy asked for me to email them the picture of wings. So I did, Grace immediately called me back to relay the message from her manager Rudy, stating that I only took a picture of 3 wings and they can only replace 3 wing. I kindly told Grace, “tell your manager that they can refund me money that is due to me, whatever the difference is!” She quoted, “my manager said she only sees a picture of the 3 wings so they can’t refund you!” I told her that I will make a complaint and write a review. Grace said, “go abased and make the complaint!” I will NOT buy anything else from this location, my money can be spent somewhere who appreciates my money and me as a customer!!!
