LVL Orthodontics — Local services in University Park

LVL Orthodontics is another level of experience. I actually tagged along my friend's initial consultation to be supportive during my visit in the area. However, I ended up getting mine after being there and observing how attentive and thorough Dr. Lee was with my friend. I had my braces done years ago, but it's been a long while I have not been happy with, even self conscious with my smile. In fact, I have rather horrible experience with my previous orthodontist. As the problem lingered and I wasn't quiet happy with result, I went back to see if it could be fixed. But it was simply turned down by the arrogant doctor who said doing a retreat isn't worth of his time as many other doctors are same way etc. But the doctors at LVL completely corrected such misinformation. I don't even live in the area, but visit family and friends time to time, and they were willing to work with my schedule. Plus, gone are the days of those awful impressions, at least at LVL that is. Everything is cutting edge in terms of technology, but all the staff members are genuinely caring and listen what you have to say. You will not even feel like you are at orthodontic appointment, but more like waiting for your spa treatment or some kind of retreat. Welcoming, serene and pleasant atmosphere is the ambience that surrounds you from the moment you step into the place till you leave. Before you know it's your time to leave. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Lee and LVL orthodontics! I am so impressed with my experience here and would recommend this office to anyone. From the atmosphere of the office to the overall excellent care, I have never been more satisfied with the quality of treatment provided by a doctor. Not only did Dr. Lee give me an award winning smile, but I am constantly getting compliments on my the aesthetics of my teeth!! The passion and expertise she provides is truly admirable. I never felt pressured to start treatment nor did I feel like I was being sold something- she gave me options, educated me on the purpose of why it was important and listened patiently as I explained my hesitations of being an adult in orthodontic treatment. The evening hours that LVL orthodontics offers has helped tremendously with my work schedule, and they are so accommodating. When I lost an attachment off of a tooth that we were trying to move, I was terrified it was going to delay my treatment but Dr. Lee got me in the very next day! I had multiple consults prior to meeting her, but her bedside manner and knowledge is what convinced me that this is where I was supposed to be. I had an issue with my permanent retainer and called around 5 orthodontist practices in the area; I was hesitant about making an appointment somewhere due to price fluctuations of quotes or some refusing to discuss pricing on the phone. From the moment I called LVL, I knew I was going to make an appointment due to their wonderful customer service and options for a consult versus a full appointment! And I’m so glad I did. I was seen promptly at my start time by the AMAZING Grace who was so kind and made me feel extremely comfortable. Even though I only made a consult appointment, they ended up going ahead with fixing my retainer since it was a small fix (even though they easily could have had me rebook at a later time). The appointment was super quick but above all, I never felt an ounce of unsureness and was treated so kindly as a new patient.
